Oh I do like dirty money.
Though I agree, perhaps only regular local police for Blufor should be able to be bribed, and not the Special forces or Delta squad. And as for the mighty TLA well they are corrupt as shit so it doesn't matter for them, they will probably shake you down regardless

There's nothing in the rules that suggest OPFOR can't receive bribes, it's only BLUFOR that cannot as things stand right now (rule 3.1.12).

It should, however, first be implemented if the rank system goes through, simply because there would be no one to enforce "proper" police work and punish the cops who accept bribes. So if you as of today could accept bribe without there being no such thing as martial law, I believe it would escalate completely

I don't think the "Higher" ups like the Chief of Police should be able to. But if it's a basic patrol officer , I think it would be fine.
