+1 He is Mature and knows the rules. Played with him a fair amount and I think he would be a good addition. That is if he can stay mature and prove that it is worth having a 14 year old on the staff team.

+1 Only talked to you a couple of times but based on the application i think it looks good, also has some staff experience on other servers.

What do you guys feel about making it a rule where you can't mute your sound or be in another Team speak while playing a faction the requires to be in the appropriate channels. It makes it hard to communicate with other people in your faction, also so you don't spam side chat or global.

As indie there is no point of having a medic, there is a skin called "Bonestter" and you are able to heal anyone under 93% health. But as BLUFOR or OPFOR I think it would be great, although on the other hand there are civilian medics that can heal any officers in need.

+1 But to a certain extent. I don't think the "Higher" ups like the Chief of Police should be able to. But if it's a basic patrol officer , I think it would be fine.
