PMC dont need a test, It's not hard to follow the very basic rule's we have in place. If someone hasn't read those rules and continues to break them, they wont be allowed to play as PMC. If you do come across someone who isnt following the rules, PMC or not, you should always bring it to a support room. Don't come complaining on the forums that there are players who dont follow the rules when you dont take the steps to bring it to our attention.

Any competent staff member should see through someone abusing a rule. That is not an excuse to RDM, that only serves as a collateral damage rule. A planned terror attack is an attack on BLUFOR or OPFOR, civs can only be killed by collateral damage and not a straight up attack on the civilian population. There are messages that pop up periodically telling people to read the rules on the website. The issue is we can never guarantee that people read it. Dont think for a second that people are excused for just not reading the rules, if you break a rule you get a strike and/or a temp ban for it regardless of whether you took the time to read it or not.

I wouldnt say Rogue was lying, rather was working on the idea that suicide bombs fall where you look and perhaps his preconceived opinion coloured the results of his own testing.

Hello RobloxKiller, thank you for filling out the appeal correctly. Having reviewed all the footage available, the video that was used as proof to ban you initially, your own test video here and several test video's of my own, I am personally of the opinion that you are innocent of suicide bombing in this instance. Indeed the evidence clearly show's that it is Mr. M who set off the suicide bomb. Here is my testing: My findings here, coupled with years of experience suicide bombing on takistan life servers is that ALWAYS the bomb drops at the feet of the person who set off the bomb. I welcome anyone to show me video evidence to the contrary. Now we take a look at the video submitted that got RobloxKiller banned initially: Taking our previous findings and experience, we can look at this video, slowed right down and see the bomb falls at the feet of our very own Mr. M. I have heard the argument that RobloxKiller was "looking at Mr. M's feet which caused the bomb to spawn there!" That isnt the case, RobloxKiller's head is at the same angle as Mr. M's who as we can see from his rifle, is looking directly at the chest and above of RobloxKiller so we can take from this that RobloxKiller was indeed not looking at Mr.M's feet which wouldnt have changed anything anyway. I see no reason why you should not be unbanned with immediate effect given the irrefutably available, and that Mr. M should be given a ban for lying to staff, FailRP as BLUFOR and using a suicide bomb without declaring terror. Rule 13 is fine, a civilian terrorist is regarded as Independent. I agree with that OPFOR selling equipment, I hate it and have suggested changes previously. Agree with the no-fly zone for the most part, need's a little work. I fail to see what a firefighter could do. They cant fight fires?

This doesnt seem to be a sticky situation at all. You were posing no reasonable threat to anyone and some idiot was looking for an easy kill.

-1 I cant recommend you for staff. I've dealt with you several times where you've lied in support rooms. You've lied to get out of compensating someone, lied about what happened in situations, lied about rules. As previously mentioned, you like to play by your own rules which usually contradicts the server's rules. I have watched you imitate staff on the forums and in support rooms, You call yourself a "developer" with no recognition, you claim staff have given you permissions, and yet when questioned, nobody has any memory of it. I don't think you would make a good staff member for the time being, though if you play better, play fair and play by our rules, I see no reason why you shouldnt be able to apply again later on.

-1 Having dealt with you several times recently for issues such as swapping money between factions and lying to staff to get out of compensating, I'd say this is a very poorly timed staff application.
