  Welp, my name is Jerrod and i'm 15 years old and i started playing ArmA 2 in 2013 and had a major passion for playing it everyday with friends and I began to become very active in City Life, Taki Life and DayZ Mod. I currently have an humiliating amount of hours in Arma 2 currently at 5,697 hours on it. I have previously been staff on JG Gaming, [BFM] Overpoch senior admin (the most popular server in 2016-2017) And 2 other popular dayz mod servers. I may seem toxic in game and act like a moron but when the time comes I can be mature at all times and stay cool under major pressure.
• Why should you be a staff member?
  I feel as if I can contribute an insane amount of activity to the server staff just because I play this game everyday and if i were to be recruited as staff I definitely would focus all of my freetime (if im not doing something with family or hanging out with friends IRL) and make sure the server is being moderated and if anyone is having problems I will assist if other staff members aren't already. I can guarantee that I will assist any staff on a second opinion, questions etc. I can handle myself when i'm under extreme pressure, getting asked something I do not know etc. (Like I stated above.)
• What qualifications or experience do you have to offer? (if any)
  Like I said in the describe yourself tab of this forum I used to be apart of [BFM] Overpoch as a senior admin, I was on JG Takistan Life as a Moderator And 2 other dayz vinilla servers as staff. And basically all of my qualifications that I believe I have are above.

This is the equivalent of the following statement:

"I would like to apply to become a police officer. I break the law a lot and act like a moron, but when the time comes I can be mature and stay cool under major pressure while enforcing laws on others."

You've been banned on multiple occasions from OLRPG for your behaviour and your conduct isn't really something we'd consider staff material. Here's an example:
