No Describe yourself My name is Harley Crack I am 14 years old, 15 soon and I have been a part of TLX for about 4 and a half to 5 months. I live in England and I love to go clay pigeon shooting on weekend with my dad and I love to ride motorbikes. I am a keen gamer with a steam account worth of $464.82 or £351.90 and over 864.6 hours in game. My library consists of 25 games spanning from Garry's mod to Arma 2 and 3. My favourtite game is Arma 2 as I love the community I am part of as it always put a smile on my face when I start playing again. Why should you be a staff member? I believe I should be a staff member as I am trustworthy and reliable. I have a good friendship with most of the staff already such as jumpy, jake, Kane, domocop, Elijah and silkofoxx. This shows I can get along with anyone and that I am a friendly and nice person. I have only ever had 2 strikes where neither of them was intentional and I have never been banned before. I have played a lot of TLX over the course of 5 months easily exceeding the 100-hour mark which means I know most if not all the rules off by heart making me a great choice for staff. TLX is like a second family to me and I want to pay back to that family by becoming a staff member and keeping rule breakers from doing their worst. I meet most of the requirements above and the only one I do not meet is the age one as I am 14 but am 15 soon I hope this will not hinder me. What qualifications or experience do you have to offer? (if any) I have spent a lot of time thoroughly reading through the rules and now know most of the rules in the rule book and I can therefore play the game/server without being pulled into a support room or having to pay compensation for a rulebreaking matter. The number of hours I have on the server also helps to show the fact that I have plenty of experience with the rules/laws making me knowledgeable about them.

Yes Describe yourself I'm 18 and I've been a Member on TLX since January, I'm a friendly easy to talk to guy, I'm Mature and Follow the rules, I used to be staff here about a month ago, and I resigned because I was graduating High School and had other life issue come up but now everything has settled down and I'm eager to move states to attend college in late August, I'm from Northeastern America and will soon be moving to Vermont for said college, and can/will be on most of the time while the main playerbase is on, I know the ins and out of the Staff team and the operation of the server, and I have played over 250 hours on the server. I also know minor French and am eager to come back, and to help new players get settled in, and teach them the ins and outs of TLX. Plus of course keep the current player base in-line witht he rules set forth. Why should you be a staff member? While I have not been as much as previously I am planning on making a return to TLX to play on the server most days for at least a few hours each day and I wish to help out with new staff members and general running of the server. I as most of you know was previously staff but I decided at the end of May due to graduation and other priorities I was unable to devote the time needed to the server. Although now I believe normal life has returned and I will be able to come on most if not everyday of the week for at least a few hours at a time if not I will always be able to have battlemetrics and TeamSpeak with me wherever I go. Plus I already know the ins and outs of the staff team and operation of the server so there's little to no retraining required in my opinion so I would be able to join and not cause any hassle to the current staff team in trying to train me over a period of weeks per usual candidates What qualifications or experience do you have to offer? (if any) I used to assist in running an Arma 3 Wasteland server before I came back to Arma 2 as Arma 3 is not my thing, and I currently help manage a Teamspeak 3 server. I as stated above used to be a Moderator here at TLX about a Month ago, So I know how things work, and how to use Rcon, the staff handbook etc. I also have over 250 hours on the server and I have over 1680 hours on Arma 2 itself.

I am Pretty good under pressure, and i'm very calm and collected. Why should you be a staff member? I believe I would make a good staff member for quite a few reasons such as, I have been very good friends with a few staff members on this server and most all on the RISE server before it died. I can contribute a lot of my time, and effort to the TLX server and I want to help the server be the best it can be with my previous experience. I'm also usually on rather late and thus can help when no other staff members are on. (Which I personally have noticed is a problem, because people tend to break more of the rules when no, or little staff is on because they know they'll get away with it.) I have over 600 hours into Takistan Life servers and around 500 hours in Arma 2: DayZ Mod, so I have a lot of experience with Arma games so I think I can contribute a lot to the server. First, I was a Teamspeak Helper on Rise and I understand the basic you role you need to play as a staff and how to construct yourself in a orderly manner. I frequently get large groups of people to coordinate during times of disarray and make a habit out of creating rich RP scenarios whether it be on Civilian, Opfor, Blufor or Predominantly Independent. No Describe yourself My name is Sean, I'm 20 years old I live VA. I am enlisted in the United States Navy. I spend a good portion of my downtime enjoying my favorite video games. I know this may seem brief but, I would prefer to not waste anyone's time with my personal life. Why should you be a staff member? I hope I don't come across as crass but, I feel there are too many people on the server who get away with breaking rules and nothing happens. When these things happen all you do is here someone request compensation and it ends there with the perpetrator getting away scot-free for the most part. I know I don't meet the +10 forum requirement but, I don't feel that should detract from this application. One thing I think that is lacking from the staff base from at least my perspective is many of the junior staff complain when someone talks to them in a less than polite manner. I have a strong distaste when they say someone disrespects them for using less than choice words be it against the rules or not. That won't be a problem for me I work in a blue-collar environment with plenty of colorful people myself included. I've also gotten around to the player base a bit staff included (Run in's with the law) and I feel when these people are having fun and know their problems are able to be solved in an agreeable manner they're very likely to return to a sever. With that, I would hope to able to assist fellow players and staff with any perceived problem. Here is how I would solve a random problem. For instance, if player (A) VDMed Player (B) then the rules state Player (A) must compensate player (B) a minimum of 100K + the value of the good they lost. I would make sure player (B) received compensation from player (A) and if Player (A) continued to VDM then they would be banned in accordance with the server policy. As a prospective staff member, I would attempt to seek changes to the server rules due to what I see as holes or lack of rules. For instance, in the Opfor rules, it doesn't say whether Opfor can sell their equipment or not unlike in the Blufor section. Now there may be RP reasons for Opfor to sell equipment though I see it as overkill for one of them to sell a KA-60 to a civilian terrorist and thus allow them to go on a thunder run on the city of Rasman. When it comes down to donating my time I am easily capable of currently being the server for at least 15 to 20 hours a week. I'm on TS pretty much anytime I'm on the server. If there is any question you would like to ask me or anything you would like me to clarify just hop in the channel I'm in or just pull me. No Describe yourself Welp, my name is Jerrod and i'm 15 years old and i started playing ArmA 2 in 2013 and had a major passion for playing it everyday with friends and I began to become very active in City Life, Taki Life and DayZ Mod. I currently have an humiliating amount of hours in Arma 2 currently at 5,697 hours on it. I should become a staff member because, I have passion to be a staff member and to keep the players happy I have been staff on multiple server that grew to the top tiers of Arma communities like tlu,jg,rise,tlr. All of those servers that were a lot of players for a while. So I have the experience to be staff but I would love to become staff here to help out all the players needing help and be a active and great player/staff to talk to and have them be helped in all their issue's physically and in game. Well i have been a staff on rise gaming and i think that im a good staff because i see people that need help i go and help if i need help whit i case i will ask other staff that nows more then me i will be active on teamspeak as much as i can but i have school but i will go on my laptop just to go on teamspek to help im am the type of staff that dont tolerate any disrespectful players if im in a sit and they start to say fack u etc to me or other players in the sit i will give them 1 warning or they will be kicked from the game and teamspeak for 1 hour. i will do my best to keep the server and teamspek clean of well players that wont follow the rules and i will do as many sits aas i can. I would say I am a pretty fun guy, love to role play - one of the reasons I enjoy playing Takistan Life. I am a well balanced character where there is a time and place for everything. I would like to describe myself as a self-starter. I do not necessarily need to be told what to do as I always try my best to succeed and benefit my peers as best as possible. Being apart of the TLX community means a lot and I love to interact and engage with other members. Why should you be a staff member? With the experience I have gained while being staff on RISE, I have learned that the more help, the better. Arma 2 is probably one of my favorite games to play and its the one I have the most hours in. I no life this game so I'm on 24/7 so I guess I should apply for staff! Why should you be a staff member? Well, I poured over 500 hours of my life into takistan life on arma 2 so basically know the rules by heart and love to help people out and help solve problems that people may be having.
