Quite awhile, i took a break from Arma in general for a few months, but i'd say around 3 months Do you meet the minimum requirements set above? Yes Have you previously been banned from the server? No Have you previously been a staff member here? No Describe yourself I work hard, and I love games like Arma. I have a passion to make this Arma server better and more fun for all players. I am Pretty good under pressure, and i'm very calm and collected. Why should you be a staff member? I believe I would make a good staff member for quite a few reasons such as, I have been very good friends with a few staff members on this server and most all on the RISE server before it died. I can contribute a lot of my time, and effort to the TLX server and I want to help the server be the best it can be with my previous experience. I'm also usually on rather late and thus can help when no other staff members are on. (Which I personally have noticed is a problem, because people tend to break more of the rules when no, or little staff is on because they know they'll get away with it.) I have over 600 hours into Takistan Life servers and around 500 hours in Arma 2: DayZ Mod, so I have a lot of experience with Arma games so I think I can contribute a lot to the server. What qualifications or experience do you have to offer? (if any) I was a staff member on the old RISE server, and I was very good friends with the staff including the developers. I spent most of my time around other staff so i got a lot of second hand experience as a Moderator and Admin. I also have a bit of experience as a discord moderator on my friends server.

This is my formal resignation from my position as an Administrator and player on TLX. After playing on TLX off and on since the Dnice era and now as a staff member here I have tried my hardest to help grow, professionalize, and strengthen not only the last Arma 2 Takistan life server but one of the last communities on this game. As of today, I feel I am wasting my time due to inadequate leadership and lack of communication throughout the entire staff team. For weeks we had this server maxed out in population, we even had to upgrade the TS, we created a brand new website, hired more mature staff while firing the abusive, and we connected with our players. It's disgusting to see now, that both staff and players use the excuse of "this game is dying" to explain the reason why we lost our player base. I only see a few with the same passion to keep TLX running and they aren't the ones in the position to do it. I hope that I helped this community as much as it has helped me and I hope one day it will return to how it was. Thank you to everyone for the memories, Former TLX Staff Winters

I am a well-rounded, well put together, intelligent person, with a strong passion for helping others and keeping things moving forward. I believe I am a good candidate for staff because of my understanding of others and my ability to be unbiased in a staff situation. I am fair and do not act on emotion, but rather on knowledge and with the use of my brain. With over 1300 hours of RP under my belt, I am confident in my abilities to judge a situation based on strictly the information provided, and am confident in any staff decisions made. I am familiar with Battlemetrics and have a little SQF/SQL experience. I was also a chat moderator for Stalk and Strike Wasteland before and after [RISE].
