-1 You simply do not meet both the community's requirements nor my own. Simply being "friends" with some staff doesn't mean you can be friends with everyone, nor does it mean you've got any idea what you're doing. Zero qualifications. Knowing the rules firstly isn't a qualification and secondly is like common sense. There is also ZERO correlation between the number of hours you have and how much experience you have with the rules/laws. Your description and really the application overall is VERY narrow. Your steam account doesn't mean anything to us, the only thing we really look at it for is to see if you have any game/vac bans. Instead of describing yourself, which you did do but in the skinniest manner possible, you described your account to us. This is useless information to us as it doesn't tell us anything about WHO you are. We want to know what your characteristics are, what your mannerisms are like, etc. You've stated that you've received two strikes before, and regardless of what they were for, that shows to me that you aren't as knowledgeable about or experienced with the rules/laws as you claim to be. Here at TLX, we need people who are mature, experienced and dedicated, but above all, good. I'm not saying you're a terrible person, but this application tells me nothing about who you are as a person, and it does not provide enough credentials to make up for that lack of self-description. The staff team represents TLX day in and day out, 24/7, we do not want to associate our name with people who will not represent it in anything but a positive, respectful manner. Again, I'm not saying you'd do the opposite of this, but I'm not sure you're equipped to handle the responsibility. -Maverick

More hours in which way? By the way, that's only one of my playernames. I have hours as "Maverick" and "[TLX] Maverick". I was also a very active staff member previously, although I understand your concern with my abrupt application. I felt however it was appropriate because of how well I can perform the task and I'm certain getting caught up will not be an issue. Furthermore, I feel that telling what "made" me mature is irrelevant, and it would be more appropriate to instead spend time playing with me to get an understanding of my character. Thank you for your kind consideration though!

My disappearance was unexpected to me as well and it was due to a situation in which I had little control over, and during my absence, I still tried my best to maintain contact through discord , but soon that was also taken from me. Thank you for considering the +1

Canadian was chosen by Comrade and Gio, who then chose Supersahen and I as officer candidates and Mark Stavaros as Sergeant. As far as I know, I'm the only staff member with a NATO rank. Other than of course Gio and Comrade but like you said, Gio is exempt and Comrade is above the Major of Opfor.

This was also a feature on RISE and was very appreciated by the community. I suggest that the current Terror Hideout should be converted into a FOB for indies.
