Following the update on faction whitelisting, we are in search of someone who feels that they are capable of holding the Major position on BLUFOR and leading the faction. The Major will be supervising the entire NATO occupational force in Takistan and as such, a level of commitment and responsibility will be required. They will have to oversee the creation of procedures and protocols, manage the membership and promotions within NATO, in addition to liaising with the staff team. Responsibilities will be delegated down the chain of command as required. Ideally, someone to hold this position would have similar experience from another Life or Milsim community. My lack of response is to prevent arguments on a thread not used for arguing but staff applications. My opinion in this matter doesn’t matter the opinions of those choosing my application do.

The M-47 dragon, is not only a realistic weapon for such a force but it isn't even that good. You shouldn't be operating an armoured vehicle alone. Patrol, provide cover. You have some of the best weapon systems available to you. If you're unable to protect a BMP from a dragon, you don't deserve to have said BMP. Actual terrorist organisations have huge stockpiles of ATGMs, as they are extremely common such as this Iraq, M1 Abrams being hit by a Konkurs ATGM causing an ammo cook off.

(if any) I was previously first an admin/moderator on Steak N' Beer an Australian Wasteland server for two and a half years. This was my first moderation of an Arma 2 server. As my name is most commonly known from I was a Senior Administrator/admin/moderator etc on Rise gaming. I was a senior Admin and temporarily in-charge of the Australian staff team for a handful of months prior to the shut down of Rise. Prior to this I had been an administrator for quite awhile within Rise, assisting and moderating different aspects throughout my years of being involved in the staff team. I have been an admin/moderator for a number of years on three different Arma 2 communities, and a handful of other gaming communities.

The player in this video was confirmed by an admin to be Abu Jasem based on same weapons and timing of kills and other officers seeing him with thermals and the officer who died to him being the one shooting at him in the video with a humvee crow. Other blufor could not see any vehicle in the area, and me + an admin tested bringing a vehicle over there and looking at it from my location, no matter which way you drove and if it was park you'd be able to see it. I doubt a vehicle could not be seen by 3+ people. I have 20 ping so I'm 99.9% sure it was not desync as-well as he did not lay down because there was no animation, just teleported away. I watched that spot for 5 minutes after this recording cut off and no vehicle moved from that area. I want everyone to see this, not just staff/specific staff members. Mind you I have 20-25 ping on the server. Before I zoomed in, you can see he has no issues moving or anything. But then he turns into a broken flip book. (Right side of scope)

-1 It's not only the prices of items that will get a rebalance, also the amount of money we earn will be rebalanced in a way to fight inflation

The KSVK makes a lot more sense in a middle eastern environment with russian history anyway. -1 to the as50, +1 to the ksvk

-1 The AS50 as a whole should be replaced by the KSVK for the Independent faction, it doesn't make sense that the Independent forces have such a weapon, and the TWS variant should be removed from all factions. I disagree that just throwing more vehicles and keeping the AS50 will balance things out. This change has been something that was necessary for an awful long time, and I am very glad to see the change coming.

I had an idea last night for the server, I mentioned it to Potato and Abshire and they liked it. I am suggesting that jobs get added to the game, we have taxi and courier but i mean like truck driving and specific jobs. When you do the job you get paid and make money. If you don't have a job you get unemployment. The unemployment money wouldn't be much at all so it forces people to get a job and rp it out. It also makes you want to play more so you get more money and get rich, you don't just get a crap ton of money handed to you for no reason (it is rn).It's a better economy and makes it more fun. I already asked a couple civs and officers on the server and they loved the idea. You could possibly buy a house and properties and expand the map in the future. This would make the server 20 times better than it already is. I want this so bad you wouldn't believe it! Just think about it and put your own opinion in the comments, thank you!

We're guessing it's the vehicle bug, but it worries me that all of blufor could not see his vehicle.

+1 Only talked to you a couple of times but based on the application i think it looks good, also has some staff experience on other servers.

If the dragon is removed then all the armor/jet/hind should be War time only... I still don't understand why indies need to play the same rules as opfor n blufor with war time items. Maybe stop going to the same spot over n over.. -1

I doubt this is ping issues. That he can clearly shoot a rocket perfectly at a vehicle then HAPPEN to lag and just disappear? Aswell as before I zoom in you can see him have no issues running around.

You are aware the smoke from the commander seat is IR smoke which defeats the missiles right? You are aware you can use your thermals, and other infantry around your vehicle to protect your position right...? I'm very much aware of what the launcher is capable off. I used it a lot when I played Indep and I also used the BMP-3 a lot when I was OPFOR.

I don't exactly have any experience with London, but it seems although some people have good experience others have bad. My suggestion would be to be active on the website in game and team speaks, play with people and put the past behind you! If I see you're active and dedicated, I'd have no issue supporting you! \o/

Going to have to give this a -1 for the time being. Due to some of the negative feedback of the other members of the community, and the lack of time spent on the server, I am reluctant to give a member of the community a staff rank after a single week. I do, however, wish you all the luck in this application and any future applications you make.

-1 Manipulative, two-faced, rarely did help rooms, threatened to quit staff for not getting her own way, her own staff region complained about how she ran it and had issues with her.

This will be the final response from staff regarding your ban appeal. As of right now your ban was justified and will not be lifted. Reasoning 1) As Gio has stated, you have been banned multiple times in the past for staff disrespect, trolling again, racist or homophobic slurs among other things. You would think you would've learned by now..... 2) Again as Gio has stated and shown. You not only are toxic but are a complete racist. Even as staff have given you warnings and even banned you before, you continue to be a horrible player not only to the TLX staff but the entire community. You may re-appeal on March 25th (30 days). Recommendation Stay active on the forums and discord. Gain some maturity, take responsibility for your actions and stop being so racist. This thread will be locked to prevent further responses.

You've shown no respect to the staff, and it seems you're also lying to the staff here. For that reason alone, I'm inclined to say -1 But not only that, it's clear you then attempted to avoid your ban. At this point, I don't think you're somebody who should play in this community unless you drastically mature.
