At the moment Blufor/Opfor do NOT have to lower physical borders if they are not manning a checkpoint because it does not state it in the rules. This should change so they have to lower them so Indies can actually get around the map without having to pay for speed 5 and nitro or drive to the border and walk from there.

I asked for him to put in more effort if he wants to become staff. He half-assed the whole application. Imo

+1 Still a good guy, fell into the situation with staff and just followed what staff said. I feel my judgment was wrong in saying it was his fault yet all he did was listen to staff. Still was a good guy on Blufor, and never had issues with him. Just please in the future double check what you're doing even if a staff says it's okay.

It's just sad that Blufor has become so lazy that they want to put up cps so they don't have to man it and get less indie trouble. If you won't put in the effort to man a fucking checkpoint you should be getting slayed by indies. Stop them at the borders, or let them come to Rasman and fight them there. As of now, if you play Blufor or Opfor you have to be in the respected channels UNLESS you are staff. Which honestly doesn't make sense, supporters pay money for their channel on teamspeak yet can't use it on 1/2 of the factions, yet staff can sit in their channel. I feel that it should be either all or none. Either all of us are forced into respected channels, or none of us. If staff are playing they should have to communicate with the faction just as much as anyone else.

Supposably Blufor doesn't need a roleplay reason to capture Opfor. I thought this was a roleplay server? Wouldn't this trigger a war? Why would this not need a roleplay reason? I thought it was IMPLIED to roleplay on this server? Isn't that what we're trying to fix? Why are staff on Blufor rolling onto Opfor side then pointing weapons at Opfor when Opfor points guns at them? This isn't how the server should be.

The player in this video was confirmed by an admin to be Abu Jasem based on same weapons and timing of kills and other officers seeing him with thermals and the officer who died to him being the one shooting at him in the video with a humvee crow. Other blufor could not see any vehicle in the area, and me + an admin tested bringing a vehicle over there and looking at it from my location, no matter which way you drove and if it was park you'd be able to see it. I doubt a vehicle could not be seen by 3+ people. I have 20 ping so I'm 99.9% sure it was not desync as-well as he did not lay down because there was no animation, just teleported away. I watched that spot for 5 minutes after this recording cut off and no vehicle moved from that area. I want everyone to see this, not just staff/specific staff members. Mind you I have 20-25 ping on the server. Before I zoomed in, you can see he has no issues moving or anything. But then he turns into a broken flip book. (Right side of scope)

We're guessing it's the vehicle bug, but it worries me that all of blufor could not see his vehicle.

I doubt this is ping issues. That he can clearly shoot a rocket perfectly at a vehicle then HAPPEN to lag and just disappear? Aswell as before I zoom in you can see him have no issues running around.
