-1 You simply do not meet both the community's requirements nor my own. Simply being "friends" with some staff doesn't mean you can be friends with everyone, nor does it mean you've got any idea what you're doing. Zero qualifications. Knowing the rules firstly isn't a qualification and secondly is like common sense. There is also ZERO correlation between the number of hours you have and how much experience you have with the rules/laws. Your description and really the application overall is VERY narrow. Your steam account doesn't mean anything to us, the only thing we really look at it for is to see if you have any game/vac bans. Instead of describing yourself, which you did do but in the skinniest manner possible, you described your account to us. This is useless information to us as it doesn't tell us anything about WHO you are. We want to know what your characteristics are, what your mannerisms are like, etc. You've stated that you've received two strikes before, and regardless of what they were for, that shows to me that you aren't as knowledgeable about or experienced with the rules/laws as you claim to be. Here at TLX, we need people who are mature, experienced and dedicated, but above all, good. I'm not saying you're a terrible person, but this application tells me nothing about who you are as a person, and it does not provide enough credentials to make up for that lack of self-description. The staff team represents TLX day in and day out, 24/7, we do not want to associate our name with people who will not represent it in anything but a positive, respectful manner. More hours in which way? By the way, that's only one of my playernames. I have hours as "Maverick" and "[TLX] Maverick". I was also a very active staff member previously, although I understand your concern with my abrupt application. I felt however it was appropriate because of how well I can perform the task and I'm certain getting caught up will not be an issue. Furthermore, I feel that telling what "made" me mature is irrelevant, and it would be more appropriate to instead spend time playing with me to get an understanding of my character. Canadian was chosen by Comrade and Gio, who then chose Supersahen and I as officer candidates and Mark Stavaros as Sergeant. As far as I know, I'm the only staff member with a NATO rank. Other than of course Gio and Comrade but like you said, Gio is exempt and Comrade is above the Major of Opfor.

This was also a feature on RISE and was very appreciated by the community. I suggest that the current Terror Hideout should be converted into a FOB for indies.

So I think we can all agree that the intro music played when you enter a faction is quite annoying and borderline ear-rape. Also, the intro sequence (the slow ass zoom into your spawn) is quite annoying as well and, as far as I know, isn't necessary for stats to load. But overall, I hear constant complaints from everyone about how disturbing/annoying the intro music is and I fully agree with them. It's understandable if the intro sequence can't be removed but the music really needs to go in my opinion.

-1 Gets super toxic in help room and shows immaturity by getting angry when things don't go his way. EDIT: Also constantly breaks NLR to return to get items or kill somebody who killed him.

+1 Good guy and rarely have any problems with him in a help room. Good leader of Opfor and 10/10 would recommend.

+1 I have multiple screenshots of MI-24's patrolling around Independent spawn looking for targets. It's stated that it's a "coincidence" and "wrong place wrong time" but if I can hear/see an MI-24 60% of the time from spawn, I think it's something more. I feel like this constant "patrolling" is in fact slowly killing both the fun and server. It makes people quit Independent because they have no chance of actually getting to experience it the role. It is terrible for RP and also affects other factions than just Independent. Blufor and Opfor are both affected by this because the lack of insurgents provides no excitement and really dulls the game. While I understand changes are already in progress, I am still going to voice my opinion on this matter. EDIT: Also note the server uptime in both screenshots, they were taken 20 minutes apart. -0 The defuser is meant to be used for the terrorist bombing missions which i think are not on the sever currently, rendering the defuser entirely useless. It would be nice, however, if the defuser allowed you to disarm and pick up normal IED’s, giving it a purpose once again.

+1 I’ve personally spoke to Montel over this and the dev’s are now aware this is an issue if they weren’t before. It’s pretty unfortunate when you have a 4 million dollar criminal on your hands and you have him beat but since you have no stun mags, you get killed. I’ve been aware of this bug but since the cost to buy stun mags is so insignificant, i didn’t worry about it until something bad happened. I shouldn’t have to worry about buying my mags in the first place.
