I'm going to remain neutral solely because I've not had much experience with him on this server.
However, in the past I've had both good and bad experiences with him.

He's a nice guy to play with, can generate RP and is normally pretty level headed, but I also remember him not exactly knowing the rules and frequently trying to bend them to get out of them.

If he's improved since then though, I do feel he could be a good addition to the staff team.

Yes it does, you have to get into the gunner seat. Fly off the map, land, rearm, problem solved. I've done it a lot before myself. Hell L-39 can do it mid air.

To be fair, all an MI-24 needs is an AI and a brain cell and you won't shoot him down.

Carry vehicle ammo, fuel cans, you don't even need to go back to base to rearm.

Firstly, the biggest desert in the world has quite a large amount of snow and Ice. It's called Antarctica.
Also a lot of actual deserts get snow. In fact they get a lot more snow than rain.

If the BMP-3 isn't enough it's a learn to play issue and the issue is simply that you're bad.

You're trying to operate a vehicle that should have multiple crew members alone. That's your first mistake. Tanks arn't made to be solo crewed. Stop trying to make them so.

The M-47 Dragon is Indeps only reliable AT weapon against heavy armour.

You are aware the smoke from the commander seat is IR smoke which defeats the missiles right?

You are aware you can use your thermals, and other infantry around your vehicle to protect your position right...?

I'm very much aware of what the launcher is capable off. I used it a lot when I played Indep and I also used the BMP-3 a lot when I was OPFOR.

The M-47 dragon, is not only a realistic weapon for such a force but it isn't even that good. You shouldn't be operating an armoured vehicle alone. Patrol, provide cover. You have some of the best weapon systems available to you.


If you're unable to protect a BMP from a dragon, you don't deserve to have said BMP.

Actual terrorist organisations have huge stockpiles of ATGMs, as they are extremely common such as this Iraq, M1 Abrams being hit by a Konkurs ATGM causing an ammo cook off.

I don't exactly have any experience with London, but it seems although some people have good experience others have bad.

My suggestion would be to be active on the website in game and team speaks, play with people and put the past behind you!

If I see you're active and dedicated, I'd have no issue supporting you! \o/

Normally you shouldn't be banned for that. What ever staff banned you needs talking too.

You should have been warned and an admin should have then comped the other player what he lost.

HOWEVER.
You should never leave during a help room issue. Should you be perm banned? No. Should you even be banned now? I'd argue yes, because you left. However, not for as long as you were banned. And whatever staff member dealt with you in the help room needs talking too.

Okay cool. However, on this server we aim to keep it an enjoyable community that people can enjoy. If you're upset you can't insult people for giving up their time to help run this place then what ever...

I don't see you giving your time to help better the community, while constantly being insulted, belittled etc.

You've had one. I retired from staff for a few reasons. 

But, the point still stands. If you have such an issue with playing here under our rules around staff disrespect you don't have to play here.

It seems like you're here as a troll attempting to create drama.
If that's an issue with a staff member, they shouldn't be staff and should be reported for such a thing.

It's immature to start throwing insults around when something doesn't go your way. Staff are here to make the experience for everybody better, not deal with you when you throw your toys out the pram.

Staff Disrespect is against the rules. If you have an issue, that's fine. You don't have to play here!

Staff here are volunteers and are here to make the place a better place for us all and don't have to deal with you being a bitch to them because you're upset and have no maturity.

Iv been called faggot on the server plenty of times, I was not offended nor did I feel the need to take it to an admin. Im a big boy and words on the internet don't hurt me.

Iv seen no negative reports aimed towards admins, iv heard people crying over teamspeak though but whether or not they took it further is beyond me.

Honestly, I'd 100% say if you were to use it as an insult, yes. The same as if you were to say the N word.

But honestly, people cry on teamspeak about everything constantly.

Now I believe staff shouldn’t make their own punishment, I believe there must be a List of punishments for certain broken rules and if there is one rule missing then just ask a higher up what punishment they should be given.

And if that person does take offense to it they can just report the player and that player can get warned for Player disrespect. What really bothers me is that most of this reports are about staff. Like can we stop being a Decent server and become a Great server? Its always been a thing with TLX. Why is it that everytime the server is revived no one concentrates on Staff? I have been here for all the times the server has been revived and its been the same shit over and over again but, I do give you guys credit because this staff team is better than most staff teams I have seen in TLX so far so don’t stop there. Lets make it even better!! If this continues is gonna be the downfall of Takistan Life again. Okay, no. If you or anybody else called somebody a "faggot" they deserve to be banned for homophobia, just the same as racism should be a ban. There's simply no need to create a toxic, insulting environment.

However I do agree, "being afraid of getting banned for stating an opinion" is a huge issue that needs to be addressed.

Also, I've not really seen any reports about staff? I may have missed it though.
