During my time on TLX, i've noticed that there's been crazy ratios of factions (as shown in the photo below) that needs to stop happening. I suggest a rule that means that for civilians need to be equal to factions so the ratios are even (Eg: There needs to be 2 civilians on for 2 blufor to come on etc etc) This can help stop stupid situations like this: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1401952040

No Describe yourself I'm currently 17 and will be 18 in a month , currently graduated from School and have a lot of time open , I live in the west of Ireland , I found a fondness for games when i moved to Ireland in 2008 I mainly fell in love with the cod series and played that until i managed to buy myself a pc with money i had earned , In early 2016 i started to play Arma 2 Dayz here is where I fell in love with Arma 2 learning how to play the game and I met friends there that I even play together with to this day after that i stopped playing Arma 2 and moved onto Arma 3 thats when i discovered RP servers after playing a few hours on the server I had managed to make multiple friends and after that experience my love for RP Servers grew after a while Pearse introduced me to TLX I played on the server for about 2 months after a while of playing on the server i wanted to give back to the server that had provided such amount of enjoyment to me and my friends. Why should you be a staff member? Although I do not have a lot of experience I do think i am fair to people and try to resolve issues with most efficiency , I have become frustrated with some of the Toxicity of players joining and harassing other players of course there is a difference between a player who does rude things to other on purpose or someone who has just messed up , after countless times being rdm'd myself and reporting it to staff i felt powerless as staff tried to resolve issues that they were clearly in the wrong but would deny it and after having multiple situations i wanted to sign up as staff to give to the community and crack down on these players that think they can get away with breaking rules I don't mean by this that staff are doing a bad job but staff are at times overwhelmed by reports even tho it may be a rare event when TLX begins to grow even more i feel like usch an even would become more often and i want to be there to help and give back to the community that support me and i support back What qualifications or experience do you have to offer? (if any) If it helps i have been an admin on my friends discord server so i do understand the importance of admin/staff/moderator

To be honest I don’t know what people expect from us. We are Terrorists. Killing and causing chaos is what we do. BLUFOR can’t expect us to sit down south all the time, there’s rarely OPFOR on that are actually manning a checkpoint or actually somewhere killable. Obviously it’s easy for them to feel spawn camped, their spawn is literally in the exact place that is the most probable place to be attacked. They should not feel cornered, they are more than well equipped to deal with any sort of weapon we have.

+1 There needs to be some ratio, it's that civs are usually a minority, maybe make it 2 civs per 1 BLUFOR, 1 OPFOR per 1 BLUFOR, and for insurgents there can't be more than total BLUFOR.

That would take a lot of work for server owners to move every object, and make it tight so a human cannot cross it, also make border line longer (because a border with gaps isnt a correct one,lmao) 2. Its not really needed 3. Ehkm, opfor is only flying around in jets and hinds, havent seen a single opf at CPA for like 3 days in a row

More of an arma 3 suggestion than arma 2, I propose that blufor are able to purchase a special variety of the F35 with only 1 side winder and 130 rounds in the main gun for 18million that can be used in peacetime to patrol blufor airspace. I mean ONLY for airspace, while using this f35 you can not shoot at ground targets even if they engage you first and you would need a the major/colonel’s permission to use it to patrol the air in the first place. Drug traffickers are using more modern methods like helicopters and planes to ship poison into our lánds and we must do something. I think we should follow the suspect aircraft and ask them to land, if they do not they will be shot down. I think this idea would be great for role play and takes heavy inspiration from the modern US, always patrolling thier airspace making sure it is 100% secure. Think of it as a sort of airspace martial law that the major has to declare to scramble very expensive watered down F35’s. Though how unlikely this is to be implemented into arma 2 I think something like this would be good or the arma 3 server.
