Hi. Now you've bothered to look at this (why I will never understand), I'd like to inform you that me and a friend are creating our own Private Military Company. We'll still follow all PMC rules as set by the server/Gio. But we have our own set of rules,CoC,Prices yadda yadda. We've made our own spreadsheet for this (Please do not discredit me immediately for it's poor quality) and we're welcoming anybody who is active on PMC. Our only requirement is for you to not be Toxic. Probably not there was like 7 or some others that got rejected at the same time yours did, I believe everyone thought there was a needed change in the staff requirements since they were semi low, BUT you have to remember not all staff apps get accepted, if you look, barely any do. The new changes I believe balance out the requirements with Staff vs. Supporter. Also you have to remember, you are 12 years old, your still maturing, have yet to hit puberty, I'm not gonna be some guy saying "STFU squeaker!", but you just have understand there is more mature people applying for staff that may get rejected aswell. I hope I said that right Sorry if I offended you or anyone else.

Anyone is handcuffs or zipties should be able to be moved. It would help ALL of the factions, Blufor/Opfor by using it in an RP sense to maybe get a restrained civilian off of the road to talk to them and give them a ticket or explain to them why they are being arrested instead of being in the middle of the road and having the potential of VDM which creates more problems than needed. It would help PMC's/Civilians/Independents by | PMC - Zip-tieing, moving, and putting a civilian in a vehicle with a bounty or the capture of any target Civilian/Independent - Any hostage situation I do understand there could be some downfalls to this as it could be abused which could lead to a ban if not used properly.

My name is Unknown, I'm old and live in the great ole US of A. I'm a down to earth person despite what others tell you... I am a straight up person, if i have a problem with something or someone, ill say it straight out. Why should you be a staff member? I have the knowledge and know how to be a staff member. I have held just about every staff rank across multiple different communities ranging from support/helper all the way up to owner. TLX was the first community that I owned and I feel like giving back to it once again. Since being back, I have already assisted the Management team in multiple different things ranging from icons and giving advice for situations to mapping for the new server and so on. I have a great amount of experience on my shoulder that would be beneficial to the community in multiple different ways. What qualifications or experience do you have to offer? Staff application requirements have been raised, and are now the following: You must be an active and mature member of the server. You must have a working microphone. You must be at least 16 years of age. You must have at least 40 hours of play time in-game. You must have a forum reputation of at least 10. You must be willing to attend staff meetings on a regular basis. We usually hold them on Saturdays at 6 PM EST. You must be able to commit a minimum of 10 hours per week to staffing the server.

+1 I still don't know why this still hasn't been implemented. Yeah, it can be abused, but that's when you go to a support room and get the player dealt with.

In JROTC they tell us the top traits needed to be a good leader or loyalty, duty, respect, selfless service, honor, integrity, and personal courage. You have shown that you have no respect with how you treat those around you. You have shown that you have no honor when you attempted to break server rules and move money from your opfor acount to your Indep acount. You have shown that you have no integrity when you lied to staff about transferring the money. your lack of all these important traits of leadership shows that you are unqualified to be staff.
