Yes it may be considered "VERY OP" but you just gotta play around it/them.

As far as Arma 2 goes I love the RP it brings, and also helping the people in help rooms as I love to ensure everyone is having fun on the server and playing by the rules. I am hard working as seen before my resignation but I did slack off towards the end but have gotten my streaming under control and have a schedule for it so I can manage to stream and make enough time out of days to staff the server. What qualifications or experience do you have to offer? (if any) Moderating this server for about 2 months. Also being the admin of a Rust server for about a year. When RISE was up I was a Teamspeak Helper for them for about 2 months.

If a PMC dies, how is he supposed to complete a contract he doesn't know about? He get's a whole new life. Forgetting everything BECAUSE of NLR. If he were to die he must wait 30 minutes to do the same contract.

Not at all, I just started streaming about 2 weeks ago and couldn't really balance the time out with my sleep schedule being really messed up and started to feel really stressed between staffing the server and streaming, kinda panicked , but I have a schedule now and Im good to go.

Hello TLX Members, My time has come. As many of you know I haven't been on the server or in Teamspeak at all lately. I've been finishing up school and hoping to pursue the dream of being a "successful"/full time streamer. I've been dedicating most of my time to streaming which leaves me little to no time to help with the server. This is nothing against the server or any of the staff. Helping the server for the month I was here had its ups and downs but most of the time I loved it! I will be lurking around in game but I just don't have enough time to staff the server that I need to. If you have any question's feel free to leave them below!

I feel with having a well expierenced NATO Force will be enough and will make RP'ing so much better, at the moment I feel like Blufor keep getting caught up with Opfor when trying to roleplay like arguing at the border or some dumb shit. Seeing that would be nice if Opfor were to be very organised and professional instead of sitting in hinds.

In the first clip I am seeing you firing at his helicopter, or Smidge, whatever... Then whoever is driving evades into the safezone... after shooting at the heli you evade into the safezone which breaks the rule of Section 2 Rule 2 "You cannot enter a safezone to escape an engagement." Though he was wrong for shooting at you in a safezone you shouldn't haven engaged him and fled to the safezone, if anything you go away from it and you fight him or go try and hide. The second clip I see that he had shot you in the safezone damaging your tank and a cop's SUV for no reason, but I can't make that judgement because you could have engaged him prior to the incident of him rocketing that safezone like you did in the first clip.

-1 Little to no effort on this application You may meet the requirements but I'd like to see A LOT more effort put into this application before thinking about changing my -1 to a +1 Would you put this much effort into staffing the server?

1. The whole Gang managing thing is a known bug 2. Seems weird, hopefully people go straight to rubies diamonds or platinum, best way to make money 3. I believe the only civilian weapon that stuns in the saiga from the gunshop, I have noticed that the stun rounds at supporter dont work but that would be kinda op IMO 4. PMC needs stun rounds, the stun ammo is like a must 5. Private storage wiping is known aswell just sucks, might be hard to fix

My Opinion's 1. I would like to see you playing on the server as frequent as possible as you have only been here for just over a week 2. I would like to see you more active on the forums making some quality posts and getting that reputation up -1 If you can complete the tasks above I may consider changing my -1 to a +1

You're in there for max 5 minutes unless you're killed in restraints, adding CO's would just be nonsense being that Blufor isn't a actually a police force but a military force.
