As is currently is opfor is the only faction that does not have access to lock-on launchers. I think that this is unrealistic and can also make it dificult to play as Infintry during wars. I think that if you add them to opfor we would not need to only pull out heavy vehicles for every war.

After my run in with you yesterday and seeing how you treated other female players I believe that you ether have an extremely crude and perverted sense of humor or you are just a crude and perverted person. -1 Only because she does not have much time on the server. She seems like she has good potential from from I have read in this thread but I don't want to be to quick to judge. In my opinion a staff member needs to play for at least a month or two to ensure that they wont get bored of the server and quit and to have more time to see how they act when they are annoyed or in a bad mood. I also feel that 1 week is not quite enough time to get a sense of the servers community which I feel is needed to be a good staff member.

Let's clear something up here since people want to jump to conclusions. WuKuN is a former staff member of TLR. He jumped on our Teamspeak just to throw insults at me and the other head staff in my channel. He admitted to DDoSing our server and something was said about "getting people not to play here". I banned him. Why did I ban him? He wasn't here to legitimately play. He was here to cause drama. He then returned with a new identity and IP address since he was using a VPN. He tells me that he's just here to "talk to some old friends" and that if I ban him he will just keep coming back. I'm feeling a little lenient, so I let him go up into the channel that some of his friends are in. I'm told not long after by someone else that he's talking about DDoSing. Some people are telling me he should be banned, and I'm on the verge of doing it. WuKuN then has the audacity to send me money over PayPal with a note about how this is his "apology". I refunded his money and banned him immediately, because the way I see it, he's just trying to pay for a way out of a ban. To the friends of WuKuN, I am so sorry that he thinks he can just come onto our Teamspeak and act like a complete cunt and expect that he won't be banned.

As of now, if you play Blufor or Opfor you have to be in the respected channels UNLESS you are staff. Which honestly doesn't make sense, supporters pay money for their channel on teamspeak yet can't use it on 1/2 of the factions, yet staff can sit in their channel. I feel that it should be either all or none. Either all of us are forced into respected channels, or none of us. If staff are playing they should have to communicate with the faction just as much as anyone else.

Supposably Blufor doesn't need a roleplay reason to capture Opfor. I thought this was a roleplay server? Wouldn't this trigger a war? Why would this not need a roleplay reason? I thought it was IMPLIED to roleplay on this server? Isn't that what we're trying to fix? Why are staff on Blufor rolling onto Opfor side then pointing weapons at Opfor when Opfor points guns at them? This isn't how the server should be.

There are so many people who want independent removed, I believe that if independent was removed it would improve roleplay by a lot There would always be roleplay situations and independent would ruin it We only need terrorist civilians

-1 mainly because from what I have seen he is one of the most canserous players I have ever seen. He is constantly in help rooms complaining about one thing or another and when he is not in a help room he is fighting with one player or another scolding them for whatever he does not agree with. For this reason I believe that if he become staff he will abuse his power and use it against anyone he disagrees with (which is basically everyone). I can not emphasize enough how much I DON'T want him to be staff.

The KSVK makes a lot more sense in a middle eastern environment with russian history anyway. -1 to the as50, +1 to the ksvk

Really glad to hear this. If I may I would like to vote Kane to be in charge of opfor. He has done a great job leading wars and the faction in the past and I for one really enjoy playing with him and would love to work under him. I like the idea and I do feel that being able to suspend/blacklist players from factions could help a lot with players that team troll or are just cancerous. I also wanted to know when exactly this will be implemented. I only really play opfor and would like to get whitelisted as soon as possible.

[What you can do better]: Show more respect for staff members, and think about my actions and attitude when talking to staff members.

I would have to agree that Blufor needs SOMETHING to rectify the current rdming and rule breaking.

Im going to +1 this for the reason being is that indepts are a KOS faction, And they cause massive casualties to both sides. I had killed an indept across the border because he was climbing a hill to CPA, and if i didnt i would of lost most of my vechiles and forced to call in an airstrike on his postion, and i dont know about the rest of you but i hate having my men killed because we HAVE to give the indepts a chance

After a long time of playing here at TLX and becoming staff, im afraid my time has come to an end. I love this community, its players and its staff.. I just dont have the time that is needed to be dedicated to the server anymore. Furthermore I believe the server is headed in a direction that just isnt for me. My time here at TLX was a very enjoyable and memorable adventure. I hope that I helped the community as much as it has helped me. TLX has come a long way. There has been bumps along the road, but look at it now... An excellent community. I hope TLX continues to grow and become an even bigger monster than any of us anticipated. But unfortunately im afraid this will happen without me being a part of the staff team. I do still intend to stick around and come on from time to time, and be there for those who need me.
