Fakie 40 Posted March 8, 2018 Back when RISE was up I know that had a ranking system for the factions listed in the title, and I think it'd be pretty cool for other officer's or Indep's to see others dedication or whatever you want to call it, towards that faction. Also new players having the "Rookie" rank could possibly insist that higher ranking officer's could help them out and get started, maybe taking them on tag-alongs, or maybe raiding a gang area, helping them in the beginner phase.
