Save from objectigeddon

Give us a way to save vehicles from being deleted with out actually having to be in them, something similar to what RISE had where you could 'Save' a vehicle for a X amount of time

Can confirm this is a commonly requested feature. It's annoying to have to sit in a vehicle and stop whatever you were doing.

Won’t be a problem in 2.0 server cleaner checks to see if owner is online. If so then it’s not deleted.
