Yes Describe yourself I am a fun but fair guy I always try and play the Devil's advocate in most situations I like to help people in real life I am a law student so I know how to deal with people from all walks of life I am an unbiased guy. I am confident in my abilities to produce good work I want to be judged by individual performance and.I want to be rewarded for my effort. I am someone who is consistently growing themselves and who takes the time to continue learning. I am modest, but hard working someone who thinks positively and who can execute on difficult tasks Why should you be a staff member? I think I should be a staff member because as stated before I am self-motivated unbiased plus I have been staff before on the old TLX I worked my way up from Jr mod all the way up to an admin position so I have experience in this position with over a hundred staff cases anybody who has talked to me before knows what I am like I am firm but fair when I can I have been told I am a nice guy to talk too plus I know how the system works when it's fair to ban somebody I will if I think they deserve something less I will try and do that for them again like to play the double edged sword What qualifications or experience do you have to offer?
