No Describe yourself well im a person who likes to see people happy and having fun and if they are not i try to lighten up the mood and make them smile or laugh, at times i can be a little flustered when someone is yelling at me but that's to be expected from everyone. I'm more of a talkative person than writing because writing doesn't show the nature of a person it just tell's you what they are saying so i prefer more of a 1 on 1 voice chatting instead of text to text. Why should you be a staff member? Well i believe i should become a staff member because i can help those in need of assistance when no one else is around and when they also need it in that moment in time for example if i was the only staff member on but was playing and someone needed assistance i would instantly head over and try to help out to the best of my abilities. as a staff member i also bring more opportunities for other people to have fun and enjoy this community and the atmosphere would be very friendly and kind unlike at times it can feel bias towards others or they would feel uncomfortable or something along those lines. I lost hope in ever finding a takistan life server again but this brought back hope for me. I do not want to see this server to fall like RISE did. I feel as if I should become a staff member because I do enforce the rules as is and not even having a moderator slot. I want to help other players out, and I constantly see other players requesting help and when a staff member isn't online at strange hours, such as I am, I would be able to assist as I am on always at a strange hour. Also, as a previous Lone Solider from the Israel Defense Forces, I achieved the rank of Samal Rishon (equivalent to U.S. Staff Sergeant). This gave me the experience to handle multiple people quickly and efficiently. For example, one case was a large RDM case with over five people involved and it started as complete cancer. We had five people arguing in one TS channel, upon my arrival I muted the channel and simply stated that the next person to speak over another will catch a temp TS and temp game ban. I then individually pulled the players to separate channels and asked them what happened, before returning to the main support channel where I asked both sides up front, in front of everybody for their situation. If the accounts didn't match up, they would catch a game ban, if they did the party at fault would receive a two week game ban (due to their history). Thankfully, everyone confessed. I do not make judgments off one act, but instead the character of the people involved and their history. What qualifications or experience do you have to offer? I have over 2000 hours played in arma 2 OA its my favorite game i'm always on there. I have always been in takistan life and it sucks that the community is dying to be honest. But i would like to have it last a lot longer, because the game mode is a lot of fun Why should you be a staff member? Well, i'm good with people its what i like to do i enjoy helping in anyway possible, its just the kind of person i am. And ive been a mod before but it wasn't for that long, because the server shut down (RISE). However, i was good at it. And a lot of people on the server like me, and no one has a problem with me. I know the rules like the back of my hand and iv'e never been in trouble on the server so i guess i know what i'm doing (: Moving on past that, i'm pretty decent at the game i would like to say, and when it comes down to solving issues like i know from past mod experiences i always follow the rules because at the end of the day if you don't it'll come back on you and iv'e learned that the hard way to. What qualifications or experience do you have to offer? (if any) I was a moderator on RISE for almost 3 months, before it shutdown however i was a Team speak helper for almost a year. And on MOTO Overpoch i was an admin but it wasn't for that long because i really lost interest in the server and i felt like the admins were lying to the players a lot and it was a really toxic environment.

I am currently a Junior in High School and I am a Cadet in the Police Officer Training program at my school with a very extensive application process. There are very few schools that have such a program and it is very competitive to get accepted into the class. I spend 1/3 of the school day going through the same things Cadets in the Academy go through (i.e. Physical Training, Report Writing, Room Clearing, Firearm Training, etc.). We also patrol public events for the Mayor and work side by side with the Local department ensuring public safety. I spend a large amount of my time outside of school and the program previously discussed playing video games, mainly roleplay games where I can act as an Officer. I first joined a roleplay group in around 2012 in GTA IV and have escalated to other games such as ArmA III. Roleplay gives me a way to do what I love before I can go out and really do it. It is a passion of mine and I really do enjoy it. Why should you be a staff member? I can bring knowledge, skill, and experience to the Staff Team. I have been staff for a few servers, some successful and some not, and I am looking to improve my ability to problem solve. What I have learned from all these different experiences as a staff member is that you can always learn more. I would like to use this opportunity to increase my experience, as well as provide the players with a better experience on the server. I believe I should be accepted over other applicants because I am dedicated, motivated, and experienced. I am ready to go out there and help the players of the server. I can follow instructions, be unbiased, and I am serious about the task I am performing. I have thousands of hours RPing and it is something I am very good at.
