Dear Staff Member's and Players, I will not be able to join from 26.02.2018 till 14.3.2018. I have some Technical and Familiar Issues.

Hey People This would be My Second Suggestion Let's hop into it: Everyone knows that system after you kill someone, you will get a warrant, like Murder, Evasion and other stuff. I've seen so many people that just kill someone and logs off after 2 minutes or something and I Asked myself why should we not get a Rule for this.To Enforce Roleplay there should be a slowdown of approximately 10 minutes before logging off after getting warrants, BLUFOR should get a chance to investigate and find the Suspect before he logs off or something. Question 1: If there is a real life situation? If there is a Real life situation you should be able to log off, but after reconnecting you should seek and find a staff member to explain him the situation. But I don't think that someone would kill someone before logging off.

I know guys i dont meet the minimum hours for Staff but ive done over 6 hours in just 3 days. I think i could top the required hour limit.

You are true but i am Talking for the ranking system because when the community gets bigger we would need some assisting people that would enforce rules. Administrator's and Moderator's are only Humans too a Helping hand couldnt hurt us.

1-) Bank Robbing Cooldown : So I played 4 hours as Blufor, and I have experienced a lot of bank raids. The funny Situation was the Bank gets Robbed in just 30 Seconds, Blufor doesnt even have a chance to get there. I think this cooldown should get Longer. 2-) Blufor Taking stolen Money : Blufor should not able to take the Money that just got stolen from the Bank or from anywhere, Blufor should just destroy it. 3-) Ranks and Promotions : I think the Community should get for each Faction 1 Commander. We should get Ranks into blufor like Chief of Police but this should be Ranks, not something electable. Promotions would be given by the Highest ranked Officer ( Chief of Police ). Ranks should base on Time logs. We could get a Roster where all the Members are in. For better Roleplay experience we should get a Roster at the internet site. One for Blufor, One for Opfor and One for Independent. 4-) Supervisors : Every Faction should have atleast 1 Supervisor that is been choosed by High Command. Why should you be a staff member? I think I should be a staff member because, I have experience on being a Staff Member i were Administrator and Moderator in couple of Arma 3 and Arma 2 servers. One of them would be PSISYN. I left the Community of PSISYN because they didnt give me the respect I wanted. I am not better than anyone in this community and I am a new Member. But i would like to Help and Serve as a Staff Member for the TLX community. I am a guy that keeps calm on every situation. I am friendly and respectfull to everyone but i know when to set Authority to force Rules. If the Administrators and Founders would give me a Chance to prove my self, I would never frustrate them.
