I'm more of a talkative person than writing because writing doesn't show the nature of a person it just tell's you what they are saying so i prefer more of a 1 on 1 voice chatting instead of text to text. Why should you be a staff member? Well i believe i should become a staff member because i can help those in need of assistance when no one else is around and when they also need it in that moment in time for example if i was the only staff member on but was playing and someone needed assistance i would instantly head over and try to help out to the best of my abilities. as a staff member i also bring more opportunities for other people to have fun and enjoy this community and the atmosphere would be very friendly and kind unlike at times it can feel bias towards others or they would feel uncomfortable or something along those lines. All of those servers that were a lot of players for a while. I lost hope in ever finding a takistan life server again but this brought back hope for me. I do not want to see this server to fall like RISE did. When friends come to me for support i help them with getting over there issue and try my best to make them feel better. I enjoy playing many sports. I play baseball and tennis. I enjoy working as a team to reach one end goal. I really enjoy debating with people not to piss them off but to rather see there opinion on a subject and get to know there belief on that topic. I try to view most of the political questions on both sides, and try to get and understanding of what each sides undersatnding, and therfore making my decision based on that. Things that i really want to see and help with happen in this server are 1) Nato/Opfor ranks 2) tests to be done inorder to join NATO or Opfor 3) a rule test in order to join the server so there arent as many people doing stuff that may think is good but is actually not good 4 ) a NATO team that is not full of people that should not be on there I mean people who have a past of trolling or RDMing without a reasonable excuse and such should not be able to particapating on the NATO side. I have over 2000 hours played in arma 2 OA its my favorite game i'm always on there. I have always been in takistan life and it sucks that the community is dying to be honest. Well, i'm good with people its what i like to do i enjoy helping in anyway possible, its just the kind of person i am. And ive been a mod before but it wasn't for that long, because the server shut down (RISE). However, i was good at it. And a lot of people on the server like me, and no one has a problem with me. I know the rules like the back of my hand and iv'e never been in trouble on the server so i guess i know what i'm doing (: Moving on past that, i'm pretty decent at the game i would like to say, and when it comes down to solving issues like i know from past mod experiences i always follow the rules because at the end of the day if you don't it'll come back on you and iv'e learned that the hard way to. I am currently a Junior in High School and I am a Cadet in the Police Officer Training program at my school with a very extensive application process. There are very few schools that have such a program and it is very competitive to get accepted into the class. I spend 1/3 of the school day going through the same things Cadets in the Academy go through (i.e. Physical Training, Report Writing, Room Clearing, Firearm Training, etc.). We also patrol public events for the Mayor and work side by side with the Local department ensuring public safety. I spend a large amount of my time outside of school and the program previously discussed playing video games, mainly roleplay games where I can act as an Officer. I first joined a roleplay group in around 2012 in GTA IV and have escalated to other games such as ArmA III. Roleplay gives me a way to do what I love before I can go out and really do it. It is a passion of mine and I really do enjoy it. Why should you be a staff member? I can bring knowledge, skill, and experience to the Staff Team. I have been staff for a few servers, some successful and some not, and I am looking to improve my ability to problem solve. What I have learned from all these different experiences as a staff member is that you can always learn more. I would like to use this opportunity to increase my experience, as well as provide the players with a better experience on the server. I believe I should be accepted over other applicants because I am dedicated, motivated, and experienced. I am ready to go out there and help the players of the server. I can follow instructions, be unbiased, and I am serious about the task I am performing. I have thousands of hours RPing and it is something I am very good at.
