If you have updated your Arma 2 Operation Arrowhead you will notice that your Battle Eye has broken. Don't worry I have found an Easy fix. Step 1. Go to Arma 2 Operation Arrow Head Expansions Then into the BattlEye. Its 4.5 Million I believe. Most cops do have more than that. Its the fact they were leaving cop base on Atvs or Gbks. If they stopped buying the Gbks and atvs They could afford an Avenger.

I think people are burned out, Its extremely easy to get money, Possibly when the whitelisting and new economy comes in players will come back.

Captain What I mean is when you are strafing Rasman and a civ is standing there. You have no control as from the cockpit you cannot see him or it is too late, So from what I have been told is if you are doing a planned terror attack where you are targeting a certain place and you cannot see the civs that is perfectly fine.

The Issues with Blufor is the lack of common sense. For instance, Today I got on and there was a Mi-8 Attacking Rasman for 30+ minutes. 6 Cops raged. I pulled out a Humvee AA launcher and Took it out in 1 rocket. Not one cop could think of that.

In my opinion, A Planned Terror attack is focusing on a certain part of the map. EG: I like to get an MI-8 and attack Rasman over and over again, That's a Terror attack. Not running around and killing everyone you see. That's plain and simple RDM. I was yelled at once for Killing a Civ 200m away from Rasman as That was not my Terror area. So I'm not sure what staff that was but Does not sound like any staff I have ever spoken to.

Well indeps camp the buildings most time so the only way is to go get my Striker with a 50cal and shoot him when I see them. Which can result in the building collapsing, why not just make the buildings invincible. Also the cops who destroy bank to stop robberys should be punished.
