You were kicked 4 times for not being on Teamspeak while playing on factions that require such (BLUFOR/OPFOR/Independent) therefore you were given a 1 day ban.

Your ban will be removed once you can demonstrate that you will be on Teamspeak while playing on those factions, or you can wait for the 1 day ban to expire.

Also, we do in fact have Discord, but it is not used for faction voice communications. You can join it by clicking here.

What is TLX?
