Impounding vehicles

I wanted to request that a rule be added to the new rule book that makes it so bluefor can’t impound random vehicles. Lately I have had a lot of my vehicles impounded for no reason. Even when I park to the side well off the road, my vehicle still gets impounded. This is especially annoying when I have my weapon in my car. There is no reason for bluefor to impound vehicle that are not illegal or blocking roads/buildings.

I would still suggest that this rule applies in other situations as well.
