This is a suggestion I've heard on multiple occasions as passive comments, but it's about time someone makes it a proper suggestion ; I would like to suggest a reassessment of the music choice for Civilians. There are multiple people who have comment that it's just plain old bad. It is regularly the first thing someone hears when they join the Server, and as such lends to the player's first impressions of the server. Personally, I have no real suggestions as to what it should be made into, so feel free to comment any suggestions you may have. Furthermore, if you believe any other introduction songs may need changing, feel free to comment so.

Yes, making Indies drive vehicles out of the map into a literal valley is a great idea It's hard to do with a car, let alone any vehicle the Indies might want to take over. A further issue with closing the borders is that it is completely unrealistic. No Military, let alone NATO, would close a border and walk off. Now say, even if they DID, then someone else would still be able to open the border, there's no super secret "NATO Identifier" System, that I know of at least, that can recognise NATO officers from a Civilian.

@Sheev Palpatine Please give a reason when you are giving a suggestion a -1 or a +1, thanks. @Kane Independents aren't as big of a threat as you're making them out to be, and thankfully OPFOR closing CPB isn't a problem as Indies can already open CPB Opfor gate. The problem is BLUFOR closing all of the gates, including CPA, which makes it impossible for Indies to go anywhere, which completely sucks the fun out of it. Anyone going through CPB is going towards BLUFOR anyway, and I can't say I've ever seen Indies go through BLUFOR land to get to CPA. Checkpoint Stalin is always open, so Indies can always get through to OPFOR territory, so again this is really an issue between BLUFOR and INDIE, rather than OPFOR at all (Minus the cheesy "Let's put an AI on a ZSU and shoot down all Indie helicopters ever."

Okay, first off, we simply don't need these roadblocks in the game. All Checkpoints should be manned if they are to be closed, and if they are manned all they need is the Bargate to be closed, not the roadblock. This doesn't create new ways to get over the border, it simply takes the fun out of being Independent. You expect them to get an MI-8 to cross the border? Then OPFOR will do what they already do and put a ZSU AA Gun on the hill and shoot every single Helicopter out of the sky without any danger. At the moment, if the roadblocks are closed, then Independent simply can't get vehicles across the border anymore, completely sucking the fun out of Independent because forcing them to run 6000m+ is just unrealistic.

+1 +1 +1 If all of the Checkpoints are closed like this, Indeps physically CANNOT get vehicles through to Northern Takistan. That doesn't make the game difficult, it makes the game impossible for any terrorist or criminal civilian trying to get across the border. "Oh, use an MI-8 to get vehicles across!" Except half the time OPFOR have AI in ZSU AA Guns that swat any form of helicopter from the sky. Closing the borders like this simply isn't needed, and takes all the fun away from playing Independent

-1 The AS50 as a whole should be replaced by the KSVK for the Independent faction, it doesn't make sense that the Independent forces have such a weapon, and the TWS variant should be removed from all factions. I disagree that just throwing more vehicles and keeping the AS50 will balance things out. This change has been something that was necessary for an awful long time, and I am very glad to see the change coming.

Going to have to give this a -1 for the time being. Due to some of the negative feedback of the other members of the community, and the lack of time spent on the server, I am reluctant to give a member of the community a staff rank after a single week. I do, however, wish you all the luck in this application and any future applications you make.

Seeing as I was the one who raised the point posted by Domo, I should probably explain. The Stryker is NOT overpowered. Sure, at first it can be daunting, but if you know how to take it down, a single mag of an FN-FAL can destroy the Stryker (I can show you exactly where to hit if you'd like at some point.) Overall, I'll give a -1 personally, I don't see any of the vehicles as particularly overpowered (With the exception of the L39), I think it's more of a problem that, right now, people have too much money.

When playing BLUFOR or OPFOR you already need to be in the correct channel. As for this suggestion, I will give a +1, as we do need people to be more cooperative in Teamspeak and not use Side Channel

Show some respect. Such comments are staff disrespect and are a part of the reason you were banned in the first place. No ranks have been bought from Owners, despite what you may believe. If you do, seriously, have a problem with a staff member, make a staff report about it instead of openly disrespecting the staff member with such a blatant comment. You played for much more than two hours, I had seen you on server for multiple days at the least before the ban had been put into place. You had also been warned for disrespect and racism previously to that occasion, and I know this as I have personally warned you in the past about such actions. If you mean at the time of the ban you had been logged on for two hours (And Captain had only just logged on) before the ban, that is due to the fact that the original ban should have originally been a permanent one, but did not go through DART correctly (We have since swapped to Battlemetrics and the second ban was the correct ban.) As for why you were banned, it was not just staff disrespect or blatant racism, but also the fact that you made the attempt to reconnect to the server under a different account, bragging about doing so within the Teamspeak while Staff Members (Myself and Captain) were sitting inside listening.

Personally, I will +1 this application. He's a friendly guy from my experience with a great taste in gaming (Kane's Wrath is still one of my favourite games ). I fear that perhaps your staff experience is vague and, as such, lacking, but we all have to start somewhere, right?

@DOMOCOP14 In this area, the General Rule 13 applies, which explicitly states that all instructions to a player must be typed. A robbery requires a specific order to the person, as does tasing an unarmed civilian. Unless I have misunderstood your suggestion, I don't see an issue?

+1 This seems like a good idea, and I fully support adding more Roleplay through making weaponry much more difficult to get, not only through a lower amount of income but perhaps an increased expense of purchasing certain weaponry.

Personally, I would like to see more varied skins from multiple factions within NATO, including the British Armed Forces, rather than just the United States, for example.

For any members of the community, I would like to debunk this statement. No such agreement has been made, and furthermore not all Staff members have agreed to unban the user, hence a ban appeal is being made. Once again; It has not been proven to be desync, and no decision based upon the appeal has been made yet.

I am going to give a -1 to this appeal The evidence has been reviewed and suggested to be Desync, it has not been proven as such as of yet. I, personally, have interpreted that there is a high probability of an unfair third party program from the evidence I have viewed. For this reason, I am going to voice my opinion that this appeal should be denied. If I am mistaken in this conviction, then I apologise, but that is the interpretation I have.

Half true. Moral guides may not concern them all that much, however as stated previously, the countries which give them the licenses to practice as PMC's have moral compasses, and as such, PMC's very rarely work with terrorist organisations.

I agree that Forum Moderation is an important aspect of any community, but I disagree that it requires a specific role. Currently, the in-game staff browse the forum regularly, and can maintain it, and as such the Forum does not require a specific team to do such. For that reason, I will -1 this suggestion until a time it is deemed necessary

+1 Private Military Companies, as you say, can take contracts. However, they are not usually known for taking contracts from terrorist organisations as their licenses as a Private Military Company are usually given by a NATO Country (If I remember correctly, most are from the United States).

Like some of the others, I am also going to abstain from this vote for now, however, I feel it important to note that it does seem unlikely you have been playing TLX for three months. In fact, it seems that it is little over a single month. However, this is not a huge concern of mine as someone with the right experience can still bring new things to the table and benefit the community. Although I do not believe I have spoken to you much personally (Though it should be noted I believe I have helped you in the Help Rooms a few times), I have seen you active in-game, and you have been active within the Discord over the last month according to your post log. Much like Captain, I am wondering how you would apply your staff knowledge from other Communities to here. Don't get me wrong, I believe being staff can be valuable knowledge from any community, but I'd like to see how you personally believe it can aid you in TLX. As a final note, can you provide us with the names of the three communities you are currently a member of staff for? Other than that, I wish you the best of luck with your application,

Some form of Internal Affairs role would be excellent, would allow us to review their capability as enforcement officers and can even lend aid to the Blufor/Opfor ranks etc. suggested in a different post.

+1 Only concern is, like Captain, I fear someone may abuse this. Although that can be dealt with, otherwise, great idea!

I fully support this, there are many occasions where Independents have been discouraged from playing because all of their vehicles are trapped in their area. +1
