Well, let me explain...Currently were supposed to have this inputed at some point, However due to some unforeseen circumstances, Development has been slow. I already have opfor handbook and blufor has there own aswell, everything is in place and ready to go, just waiting for the update

Well, thats why we charge so much for vics, Its to help the blufor fight off thoes indeps and civlians, you know, makes people do legal stuff? I know it sounds boring but its what nato would do in a situation like that, I dont want to make killing blufor a easy jobe so we let them buy stuff so they can have a better chance, Nothing like a little brdm ATGM cant fix

Ill give a little bit more clarity here, a high value target in TLX terms is someone who is high in power or wealth, or a corrupt president examples: Corrupt president of takistan TLA Leader Blufor chief of police Bank robber HVT Reasons for me is as followed 1. Has alot of money on hand 2. High in power or leadership 3. A dangerous enemy of takistan, that has to be eliminated, Such as a serial killer (Bad criminal) or Terrorists
