I would say that a gas station robbery is a violent crime since you are technically doing an armed robbery, with that being said, you can't just KOS because someone did a violent crime.

But its really pain in the ass, not only for me having +150 hours here, but maybe even for new players. Also it makes people want to leave this server, or come back with better arsenal making this a Domination server Where of course, a guy who played longer has more cash, winning in this situation without even a scratch on his attack helicopter

For anyone that will shittalk about me: Yes, I use BRDM ATGM, but only when I see or hear about enemy armor online, that actually shouldn't be up (normally im trying to use those damn IEDs and FN FALs)

 

I do agree with you. Staff should set an example on the server, and if we're all sitting in overpowered vehicles, and not patrolling in SUV's, then that will soon become the norm for Blufor. I try not to do it myself, and if I do pull out armored vehicles, it's always my beloved CROWS since it's easier to kill someone inside of that, than a Stryker.

So, I've recently been promoted to Senior Moderator, and with that, comes a greater responsibility.

Therefore I would like to know if you, the players, have any ideas or criticism towards us and of course it has to be constructive, this isn't going to be a post of pure pointless arguing, that will make me very sad

What I more specific want is your opinions on how we handle support cases, how we greet new players and how we act in-game. But just a warning, so I don't want to see comments about a certain staff member, this isn't a thread for staff complaining. This is meant for improving how the support staff handles situations.

All the information, if relevant, will be used in informing/guiding current staff members and to teach new staff members the magic way of support rooms!

Nope, everyone should very much get it. Do you have your in-game menu yet? The money doesn't get added to your paycheck, it just gets deposited into your bank account every five minutes, you will get a small notification in the top right corner

I do support that idea, but that has never been the way TLX was. Back in the day when there were multiple Takistan Life servers, all with a lot of players and a big community, TLX always used to be the one where people went because, as Jake said, it's more laid back, you started with 1 million instead of either 250.000 or 500.000

The feature that you guys are talking about was implemented on RISE, where you could see who the car was registered to, by scanning the license when driving. It worked pretty well in my opinion, but unfortunately, it just can't happen on this server, at least for now. One reason being the one I already mentioned, the other reason being that TLX simply doesn't have the same amount of devs or the knowledge, that servers like RISE had.

-1 This is Takistan Life. No major changes to the map or gameplay will happen, ever I think. It's an arcade roleplay game mode that has existed nearly since Arma 2: Operation Arrowhead was released. Currently, the server thrives on the nostalgic feel, which is why many of us, who used to play back in the day, is still playing now. If they started making major changes to the map or anything along those lines, I might not stick around for that long, and I'm probably not the only one that feels that way.

Sounds good and all, one major issue is how this server isn't hardcore roleplay, and you really don't lose stuff when you die (If you're playing as OpFor or BluFor) so must players on those factions, or actually, in general, don't really value their life.

Also, 450.000 max limit for a hostage? You do know a vast majority on this server has atleast 50 million, so 450.000 isn't that much, but sure.

Staff do indeed get staff bonuses, we get 50k extra per paycheck. The staff members that you may have heard giving out 20 million or so to each player during war, that's probably me and perhaps Jake. We always have 200 million, and that's not because we are staff, that's because we pay blufor a lot, and since not everyone has 200 million, giving out 60-70 million to players, so they can get tanks/planes really helps your faction.

But why is OpFor mad about BluFor having money though? OpFor is the faction that can mine, and don't have to deal with the shenanigans of civs all the time, like BluFor do.
