It isn't useless at all, it's a good way of defending your border. But if you see someone doing that, you should indeed let us know and we will definitely do something about it.

+1 To the majority of the things you have stated, there is one thing that I don't agree with though. The martial law/war vehicles that are taken to the border, is only allowed to be used at targets at the border, meaning that you can not under any circumstances take an Abrams to the border, just to shoot indies in Rasman. You may only fire at people who aren't within the safezone if they engage you first, that being indies aswell.

Only the administration has the ability to view staff complaints, meaning that us in the lower tier can't see what's going on. The staff complaints are also only dealt with the staff member that are being made a complaint about, so the rest of us have no idea whats going on, which is good.

+1 The rule might need to be re-written, however rewriting a rule like that might be a bit hard. Of course, giving examples will help, but I believe that no matter what it will be a vague rule that can be abused, unfortunately. Therefore situations like that are dealt with on a case by case basis, and to help us staff dealing with issues, record your gameplay if possible. -
Indeps should be able to put down the barriers. A rule should perhaps be implemented that at least one checkpoint is manned by either OpFor or BluFor, so civs actually have a place to come to the south or north

That part is an issue I am hearing when I am talking to a lot of players. I believe that we shouldn't hide inside our locked offices and only leave when called upon in a help room and that we should actually go out and be a part of the community. Besides players trusting the staff more because they get to know us, it also increases communication in factions like independent, blufor and opfor

That is true. We are also doing stat resets on players who paycheck farm, so punishment is indeed happening

Well there is a rule saying that you can't paycheck farm. Easy fix is to go report it to staff on the ts when you see it happening
