-1 being able to land shots at 1800 meters just because you have a thermal scope is a bit daft no need for thermal, the normal scope is fine and can be ranged in for easy shots all day just use that on a side note calming you're the best sniper in the world and that the player base is uneducated because they don't agree with your point is a bit much mate donator item or not it shouldn't make you into some god being able to kill anyone on the map from yonks away with no hope for retaliation since no one can locate you?!?

lets say theoretically he was cheating before the whole ban unban issue why on earth would he come back like a week after being unbanned and cheat again if he knows the system could detect it?!?! doesn't make sense for him to do it so i seriously doubt he is, when i'm on the server i usually have super low ping like yourself but theres always people bouncing around the place due to server lag or whatever. in your recording the server had been up for 240 minutes and since objectageddon only happens like 3 times a restart now that also lends itself to the fact it was most likely lag

So today alone i have had multiple issues playing i could make this a whole big fuck off essay (it ended up being an essay) but instead i will just summarize the main points and will elaborate on them if requested 1. The lack of/no role playing from some players- Today alone i have tried to kidnap 4 people for an RP situation but every time i try to talk with them they ignore the fact i have a weapon in their face and drive off or ignore my prompts that I've taken their comms or for them to drop their gun (this happened with a cop, 2 civis and an inde) after each time i would call them out in chat and players respond with stuff like 'what did you expect' or 'don't even try RP'. this is a pretty shitty mentality for an RP server to have imo. although im not really sure how you could fix it other then punishments for players not role playing. 2. Rules regarding Offensive Words/References- This morning i got in trouble for calling another player 'Retard' and 'Melon' (i was in the wrong in this situation it was over what i thought was rdm but his hands up message got drowned out in chat from me buying items) after i shouted at him in chat some tlx members told me that offensive words/topics related to irl are not tolerated and to not use those words in future (im assuming they meant Retard and not Melon but who knows :D) but after this chat it occurred to me that last night there were people making jokes about the Florida school shooting literally minutes after it occurred saying that 'I did it' and that 'the students bullied them this morning so they killed them' this was during peak player times so there were a lot of people on so the messages could of slipped through unnoticed which i understand but i feel that what is and isn't allowed to be said should be defined before someone accidentally gets themselves in trouble for saying something they thought would be taken as banter or a joke but it actually offends someone which considering its the internet someone will always be offended. 3. some mods seems to not listen to a players defense/explanation- Bit of a touchy subject bringing mods into my issues i know don't want to get myself into trouble nor anyone else but i was in a mod case earlier where i had stolen an btr from the VIP/Supporter zone outside the cop base, i comp'd the owner of the btr his money and was about to leave when the mod told me that i would be getting a warning for stealing in a safe zone which i was shocked about since there was no marker on the map naming it a safe zone like civ terrorist hideout and the others so i tried to explain to the mod that i was unaware that it was the safe zone as it wasn't marked the VIP/Supporter role is reserved for people who donate to the server but that feature was taken out since that new policy came out from the devs or whoever it was that took away server donations so i figured the vip zones were just normal areas now alas the mod didn't want to hear what i was saying and gave me a warning which now makes it so i can't earn the supporter role for i believe a month, i think the warning was completely unnecessary considering i had no idea i couldn't steal from that zone and gladly comped the owner his money. 4. Bans- Bans are another iffy subject as each admin/mod will have a different tolerance/criteria for banning players but there are certain subjects that i feel bans shouldn't take place over for example Political views if someone disagrees with your political view i don't see why they should be punished or looked down upon, personally i have no issue with any political group because quite frankly i couldn't be arsed to but i know a player was permad recently for 'staff abuse' he was banned and unbanned multiple times for the same issue, he verbally disagreed with one of the mods over their political view, i understand verbal abuse probably took place too but i feel in order to avoid players being banned for different ideals then someone else bans should fall under a criteria instead of the mod/admins judgement as it can surely be affected if they dislike one player over another for their different views. I said i was gonna try not make this an essay and made it an essay fuck sake (sorry) , if anyone is still reading this please feel free to respond with comments on my shitty grammar and lack of punctuation or you could tell me your opinions that'd be neat. Anyway sorry for the super long ranty useless rant but hey i was bored and want to contribute to the server so why not hope you enjoyed

This has happened a couple times to me, not sure if it's only affecting me or it's just i play to much and i'm going crazy but sometimes my character will just drop dead, mostly seems to happen when i'm driving (comes up with 'CrazyAsianPing has committed suicide' so not sure if my dudes a bitch and can't handle going over 200kmph or if it's an actual glitch so ima just report it here)

Very simple change to the rules that could lead to some fun RP situations

this could work well but would have to be changed after the next stat wipe not immediately as some people already have millions so it would give those players an unfair advantage to those starting off, i have 45 million right now which basically makes it so i can do anything i want at this point as soon as you breach the 20 mill point you can just faff around, if there was significant changes to the money earning system there would also need to be changes to the way we spent money too, maybe we can add more activities or events for players to spend money on because right now the only two things people can do with money is buy licenses and farm with it to make more or spend it on guns and explosives to blow up cops and opfor occasionally i will go diamond mining just to entertain myself for 20 minutes with hopes of some RP event happening on the way but other then that there aren't much ways to spend money it's either guns or work needs civi point of view ^

also +1 for unban, situation has been handled weirdly with multiple bans and unbans and Abu took your suggestion of recording so i'd say just unban him i haven't had any bad run ins with the guy so he's alright in my books also i understand that he must be very frustrated getting bounced back and forth between banned and unbanned (if it turns out you're hacking i retract my statements haha)

some of the videos do look like desync i agree but the 3rd video is super sketchy where he appears to lock onto the guy, the video in which he is scanning through targets in rasman also looks sketchy as he even seems to lock onto people down in civ spawn (that's if he's using some kind of aimbot/lock on thingiemagigie) the other video where he is sort of teleporting around could be down to just desync or the spectator camera lag perhaps not really sure how to explain the lock on evidence as i don't think you would be able to know exactly where your friends were calling them out to a tee, i understand you have a lot of hours though so perhaps its just down to your skill in that aspect not really sure how to handle this situation if i'm honest, are there videos of Abu debunking the hackusations or was it all done via text/verbal chat would be good to see those videos if they exist as to give another opinion as i said not really sure for how admins to handle the situation as it would suck if you were a legit player but just got into a shitty situation from bad luck good luck with the case Abu
