[Accused Party] : Justin Sider - Civilian

[Accusing Party] :  Fakie, kaden - Blufor

[Issue Summary] : Justin was a civilian and had been messing with Blufor for a while. He then started killing them starting off with a grenade, he then gets killed. He comes back with an M16 an and an igla. Through all of this he hadn't declared terror once and I had been admin camming him for a good 5 minutes. A Blufor heli comes out of base and  hovers over rasman, Justin shoots the helicopter with an igla blowing it up leading to kaden crashing and dying. I drag him into a support room regarding the situation and ask him why he shot kaden down. He replies with "I didnt". I disregard that and ask what did you shoot him down with?. Whilst watching him I see him dropping his weapons in game. He waits a second and responds I have no weapons. Then I ask if he had any in the past 5 minutes. He replies with "at least". I told him that I had been watching him for the past bit and he says "proof, screenshot, video?"

I believe doing diamond's and cutting them or going to a Large mine and doing the same which I believe you get Emerald's, Ruby's, Diamond's and I think... Sapphire? Which some make more or equal money. Also the only way to get gold bars are from robbing the bank.

It's not really an issue it's just Arma being Arma though it is known, I don't think there is a way to fix it.

Yea the Psisyn Takistan file is for Psisyn's server you only need the Takistan Life Remastered file for the TLX server.

If a PMC dies, how is he supposed to complete a contract he doesn't know about? He get's a whole new life. Forgetting everything BECAUSE of NLR. If he were to die he must wait 30 minutes to do the same contract.

When you get a vehicle out of the garage right next to where South VIP is on Arma 2 it spawns in Nagara.

Not at all, I just started streaming about 2 weeks ago and couldn't really balance the time out with my sleep schedule being really messed up and started to feel really stressed between staffing the server and streaming, kinda panicked , but I have a schedule now and Im good to go.

  My name is Jared. I am 17 years old and from Ohio. I have been playing FPS/Roleplay video games for about 2 years now. I am a very helpful and caring person when it comes down to it. I love helping others keep the peace when there is conflict. I do happen to have a lot of free time as I am home schooled. When I do get frustrated I don't take it out on others I try to simply solve the current situation as fast and as smooth as possible. - This section is just copy and pasted from my old application as myself hasn't changed since I first applied. Also I resigned due to undergoing much stress whilst trying to start my streaming "career" up.
• Why should you be a staff member?
  I should be a staff member here because I have showed my dedication in past as I have been a staff member here for around 2 months prior to this application and my resignation. Now that the Arma 3 server is out I couldn't be more excited to help with whatever I can with it. As far as Arma 2 goes I love the RP it brings, and also helping the people in help rooms as I love to ensure everyone is having fun on the server and playing by the rules. I am hard working as seen before my resignation but I did slack off towards the end but have gotten my streaming under control and have a schedule for it so I can manage to stream and make enough time out of days to staff the server.
• What qualifications or experience do you have to offer? (if any)
  Moderating this server for about 2 months. Also being the admin of a Rust server for about a year. When RISE was up I was a Teamspeak Helper for them for about 2 months.

I feel it adds more of a realistic aspect as you can Whisper, Normal, and Yell and also if your a police officer and talking on the radio other's can hear what you're saying depending on your talk mode and how close someone is to you, instead of being completely silent and reporting things on the radio without nearby people listening, which is not realistic in my opinion.

Hello TLX Members, My time has come. As many of you know I haven't been on the server or in Teamspeak at all lately. I've been finishing up school and hoping to pursue the dream of being a "successful"/full time streamer. I've been dedicating most of my time to streaming which leaves me little to no time to help with the server. This is nothing against the server or any of the staff. Helping the server for the month I was here had its ups and downs but most of the time I loved it! I will be lurking around in game but I just don't have enough time to staff the server that I need to. If you have any question's feel free to leave them below!
