Even If I was in rasman having a rifle in my hands doesn't mean I am KOS, indep's shouldn't be worried about a civilian with a weapon out unless they are trying to rob you or something, leave that to the Blufor, if I had my weapon out IN rasman they would have the right to disarm me which is perfectly fine.

I do agree with that and appreciate your opinion, In my opinion I think that slow walking, not firing back and having my gun down is NOT posing a threat but people have different opinions.

Adding a Mobile Phone/Tablet GUI - I feel it would benefit everyone as if it would make everything feel better also have a cleaner look. Maybe for Blufor/Opfor have "Apps"/Buttons on the phone be everything on the "~" menu, (e.x. Sat Cam, Prison/Wanted Menu, Side Markers, etc.). For indie's, Im not sure, maybe just general information that you get from the "1" menu. Anything you would like on a phone/tablet for each faction add in the comments.

Probably not there was like 7 or some others that got rejected at the same time yours did, I believe everyone thought there was a needed change in the staff requirements since they were semi low, BUT you have to remember not all staff apps get accepted, if you look, barely any do. The new changes I believe balance out the requirements with Staff vs. Supporter. Also you have to remember, you are 12 years old, your still maturing, have yet to hit puberty, I'm not gonna be some guy saying "STFU squeaker!", but you just have understand there is more mature people applying for staff that may get rejected aswell. I hope I said that right Sorry if I offended you or anyone else.

Anyone is handcuffs or zipties should be able to be moved. It would help ALL of the factions, Blufor/Opfor by using it in an RP sense to maybe get a restrained civilian off of the road to talk to them and give them a ticket or explain to them why they are being arrested instead of being in the middle of the road and having the potential of VDM which creates more problems than needed. It would help PMC's/Civilians/Independents by | PMC - Zip-tieing, moving, and putting a civilian in a vehicle with a bounty or the capture of any target Civilian/Independent - Any hostage situation I do understand there could be some downfalls to this as it could be abused which could lead to a ban if not used properly.

Just wanted to add this.... I was playing PMC today and realized how difficult it is with contracts. Yes it can be easy if you don't make it difficult but the PMC app on the phone would make everything so much simpler for players and staff in an RP situation lets say "Civilian" wants to assassinate "Cop". "Civilian" contacts the PMC saying he has made a contract, then the PMC looks at the terms of it, accepts it, the PMC then assassinate's "Cop", "Cop" can look at his phone on the PMC app and can see that there was an application for assassination. In some cases many of you know people will go straight to help room without trying to confront the PMC/causing possible conflict. Let me know what you guys think, I believe it could save some people's asses in certain cases, and also cause less conflict and save a bunch of time.

+1 This is a good idea BUT in my opinion the forum reputation helps with the whole thing. I do like the adjustments you've made in your example. Again I do feel the forum reputation is an important key as it shows/proves your an active member within the community. Also I feel like the staff requirements should be higher/more dedication because it is fairly easy to achieve the necessary tasks needed to apply for Staff though you have to understand more applications get rejected than accepted so you also have to put that into factor.

Make it like a text message, you have to pay a certain amount everytime you want to type a message in Global Chat.

Back when RISE was up I know that had a ranking system for the factions listed in the title, and I think it'd be pretty cool for other officer's or Indep's to see others dedication or whatever you want to call it, towards that faction. Also new players having the "Rookie" rank could possibly insist that higher ranking officer's could help them out and get started, maybe taking them on tag-alongs, or maybe raiding a gang area, helping them in the beginner phase.

Just had a shithole of an encounter with beginner officers. In all honesty, checkpoint Rasman should be unable to be moved until Whitelisting gets implemented, Beginner officers just keep fucking shit up by moving shit to the middle of the road and it is just chaos. Once whitelisting gets implemented MAYBE allow CPR to be adjusted by Blufor/Opfor, until then its just a mess.

+1 CPR Barries should not be able to be moved, MAYBE Blufor/Opfor could move them, I'd be fine if they could or not, Civs messing with it though is hella annoying.

The Indie ranking system would just be an extra thing, not a "need" but BLUFOR and OPFOR would be nice.

Seems cool but I remember hitting certain parts on the road and you go flying, if that could be removed I'm all for it.
