Honestly I love using AI but they are overpowered. The one thing I would suggest is that they are made wartime only. They can make wars more fun since you wont need 2 people to every vehicle. With the AI in wars we can have more vehicle which means larger conflicts.

One point made in this topic is that rockets should only be used on armored vehicles. I would like to make a post dedicated to this topic but since it is allready posted here I would like to voice my opinion of the matter. 

    I believe that rockets should ONLY be used on armored and armed vehicles. There is no need to use rockets on unarmored vehicle and especially civilians that are in no vehicle at all. I believe indeps are the only ones who should be allowed to use rockets on whatever they want because they don't have laws or politics that they need to work around. However Blufor/NATO is a peace keeping organization that would have international politics and humane guidelines to stick to. For example, If NATO uses rockets to blow up criminals such as bank robbers the international effects would be extreamily political and I believe that NATO would face serious reprucutions. For opfor I don't know about real world examples especially since they are supposed to be corrupt but at the very least it would still harm Russia's relations with the rest of the world.

If you don't have  a mic you can still type to the staff members in the support room on ts. You should not have any trouble going to a ts room to get help with your issues.

CASE SUMMARY

[Accused Party] : Do I know you

[Issue Summary] : A civ complained about him RDMing and I asked them to get on ts so I could help them the the civ left so I could not help with that issue. Because of this I went to admin cam him and within 1 minute I witnessed him kill a blufor using a saiga 12k (the blufor was in a stryker I don't know if that is even possible). I then got him on ts and he said the blufor pointed to gun at him and that is why he killed best mike. I had him comp best mike and gave him and strike. Pleas note that he also tried saying that he did not have 1.2mill to comp by putting his money in a car. I also linked him to the rules and told him why he cant just kill any blufor who looks at him. about 10 mins after I finished dealing with the first problem he RDMed another blufor (CowBoy) and tried to shoot down a helicopter without ever declaring terror. At this point I asked to get a staff member on who could deal with him.

[Witnesses/Testimony] : I have video of most of it.

[Additional Evidence] : 

[Additional Notes] : There was one other time where he tried to kill a blufor that I did not get on recording. The first video also shows him killing somone who was in a stryker using seiga with pellets. I don't know if that is even possible in game.

+1 having locations save has been abused by indies and it can be difficult for players after a restart. Once restart in announced you need to hang around a vehicle shop until restart unless you want to walk for 30 mins or just kill yourself and lose your stuff. If we make it so players load in at their base no matter where they logged off I believe it would make the server more fun

I agree with fakie and I am going to give you a -1 for the same reasons.

um... I don't really know how to respond to this... I guess my main problem with this is how disrespectfully you went about resigning. Just because you are upset with how the server is being ran does not constitute this level of rudeness. If you had such large problems why not just be sincere and say this in a way like "I will be leaving this community because I don't agree with [Fill in the blank]. I wish you best best of luck ect" there is really no need to go about it in a way that puts a bad light on your own reputation along with the server's reputation. This is just my opinion and feel free to disregard it.

Well as of right now it is against the rules in any way. So if the moderator punishes someone for stunning they are simply doing their job and enforcing the rules. It in no way shows that the moderator is of "low intelligence"

So recently I was thinking about how the stun shotgun works. I was thinking that since it uses a slug it might make sense if you where allowed to use it to stun someone in an unarmored vehicle through a window. I am putting this in general chat because I don't know if it would be a good idea or not and I just want to know what other people think on the topic.

I think that indeps do need better gear but only non-supporter indeps. Supporter gear is plenty Powerfull while the weapons non supporters have acces to can't compete with the default weapons of the other factions.

i also agree that rockets should ONLY be used on vehicles. At least by blufor. For NATO to use rockets on civilian criminals in a country they are policing would bring up international debates. A peacekeeping group would never be allowed to use explosives on civilians unless absolutely necessary. 

Yea it would be fun to make them like Easter eggs that you need to find around the map. you find a random npc that passes them out. Each npc would only pass out one license and you would need to find multiple npcs to get all the licenses.

 As you can see in the video I get the countdown but it simply restarts without giving me my paycheck. this video is from April 6th and that is the first time I noticed the bug

Gio just has not had the time. but yea this has happened every time I get on civ for the last few days. the most recent time I did not declare terror but it started as soon as I captured the 3rd gang area.

The past few days I have had a few instances where I have not been getting paychecks. Both times I was a civ and only noticed after I declared terror. I don't know if that caused it but that is just when I noticed. After dying I still did not get them and even after switching spots I still did not get them. The only way I have found to fix this is to change factions entirely.

How are you able to give supporter to people? I thought only gio could do that. If you can though count me in.

They weren't even communicating and I gained absolutely no information, i was simply talking out of context with my friend who was also in the channel.

If anything they gained more information since i told them i was in a tank, and i told them i was far away just to give them a chance because they were being swiggity rekt.

Actualy you refused to say what you where in and you where implying that you where using artilary... and we where where forced to use side to communicate because we did not want you to know what we where saying.

Earlier today we had an indep named Supersehen in a blufor channel for 30-45 mins. He was in a tank actively shooting Blufor for a large portion of the time and he refused to leave the channel after we asked him to multiple times. The fact that there is no rule prohibiting him was his excuse and I believe that this is something that should be obviously against the rules. There is no RP reason a terrorists would be on a NATO radio unless MABY if you stole one. He was about 5k away in a tank and never had the chance to do so and on top of that it really just makes it harder on blufor because we are forced to use side which can break up and be hard to use. pleas add a rule stating that indeps cant go into a blufor ts channel.

-1 you are a great guy and you would be great for staff but you just don't play regularly enough in my opinion. With less then 50 hours in 3 months that's about an everage of just over 30 mins a day (46hours/90 days is .51 hours)

Honestly I am sick and tired of people talking about how the server is dying. If you think it is dying fix it by playing on it more, inviting friends, and not being toxic and killing everyone you see. Talking about this in the forums won't fix the problem. To fix the problem you must get more involved in game.
