honestly Indeps do in more than Blufor just a few days ago two indeps in Mi-8s with rockets leveled the ENTIRE city killing two criminal civs and not a single Blufor.

I'm sure a lot of you have noticed how dead the south is. The largest reason for this is that there is nothing to do there but farm resources. If we could get more every day shops in the south, such as a gun shop, a gun licence shop, and basically the same stuff as in the north people would go south a lot more or even start playing as a southern resident. on top of that if we could make it possible to rob the southern bank I believe that could increase traffic as well. As it currently is civilians don't have many incentives to go south and that is why I am proposing these changes. If these changes do come around though Opfor will probably need an outpost near the southern capitol in order to better manage the civilians. I liked the idea in the other post about an Opfor spawn to have it only have limited supplies so that it is not replace the Opfor HQ.

Honestly this could be a pretty big problem. if Blufor does not police who will protect the bank? who will stop civilians who are kidnaping and robbing people? I think that we will need some faction dedicated to manage the civilians.

This is a pretty childish way to respond to someone who you disagree with. i am not sure of how to respond to the overall applicatio. You have some great responses and some negative ones but at the moment I am leaning to a positive mark on your application. Just because others break the rules does not mean it is ok for everyone to break them. If everyone on the server started breaking rules because one or two people got away with it the server would be ruined.

In JROTC they tell us the top traits needed to be a good leader or loyalty, duty, respect, selfless service, honor, integrity, and personal courage. You have shown that you have no respect with how you treat those around you. You have shown that you have no honor when you attempted to break server rules and move money from your opfor acount to your Indep acount. You have shown that you have no integrity when you lied to staff about transferring the money. your lack of all these important traits of leadership shows that you are unqualified to be staff.

The fact that you where willing to put that type of openly racist content on your public profile shows your personality and sentiments. Simply taking it down does not help because YOU put it there to start. Even if you put it there as a joke it is still a very foul joke and that you would joke about such horrific things makes me not want you to be staff on this server. -1

I was just wandering if we could get an update on what is happening with the opfor and blufor whitelisting/ranking system. I have heard a few rumors but I don't really what when it will happen. I have also heard some rumors that it will be accompanied by a stats wipe. Any way we could get an update on what will happen and when? Thanks!

This is in response to Giovani's reply. I am not trying to say that we need the change because the wrong people are being accepted but instead my thought behind it is that there have been some applications that are just not needed. I am only asking for change to help limit people from applying to early so they won't waste their own time or ours by making an application that probably won't get accepted anyways due to a matter as simple as their playtime.

+1 this idea sounds fun and would encourage players to get promotions and work better with others to get and promotions.

+1 Now that Fakie has been playing for a while I have seen that he knows the rules and tries to follow them. He is fun to play with and fun to play against. No matter what type of interactions I have had with him they have all ended well and with no problems at all.

I would like to refute this. I believe that you have a bias against Kane because he caught you breaking server rules and reported it. Kane can have strong feelings when confronted but never lets it controll his deductions and he will always admit when he is in the wrong. Secondly Kane is one of the most level headed people I have seen on this server and I have never ONCE seen him start an argument or even attempt to antagonize players that he does not like. He may have faction bias but he usually does not keep a bias against other players. For example him and complexity disagreed in nearly everything yet Kane and Complexity managed to keep things mature and even though they dislike each other they still respected each other enough to give posative reviews on each others staff applications. For these reasons I feel that you are the one who has a bias against Kane and your response should not be taken into acount.

-1 how I see it it is not supporter that needs lowers because staff requirements are low but instead staff requirements need to be increased. There are quite a few people who should not even be applying yet doing so. There have been a lot of staff applications recently and a large portion of them are new players. By this I mean that they have only been playing on the server for one or two weeks. I feel that anyone no matter how good of a person they are or how great they could do the job would have enough experience on the server after only one or two weeks of playing on it. On top of that it does not give other players and staff enough time to get an accurate understanding of the player. People can say anything in their application so people rely on personal experience with players to judge their eligibility to join staff. For these reasons I would like to request that there be a set amount of time that they have to play on the server before they can apply. Personally I would recommend at least 1 month but preferably 2 months.

Ok I think we can all agree the intro music is insanely loud and gets very annoying. I don't mind it in general but I am requesting that it is at least turned down enough so you can still hear people in teamspeak. This has gotten very annoying and there is no real point in it being so loud.

I play a lot of Opfor and In my opinion it is quite unfair for indeps not to keep their weapons when they die. What will happen is they buy weapons, drive 5 mins to cpa get 1 or 2 kills or instantly get killed before being able to even get out of their vehicle. because of this most indeps lose money faster then they make it and eventually stop playing as indep. This becomes a problem for Opfor because really, the best part of playing as opfor is fighting the indeps and if none of them have money to get weapons they cant fight us. If it is to OP for them to keep their weapons at least let them spawn in with some basic weapons like a stock AK or something similar.

I play exclusively Opfor and honestly I would have to agree. In my opinion the best way to fix this would be to not allow mi24s to go into the indep side of the border and to only allow armored vehicles to go in to neutralize the Indep cap zone, or to go to CPB.

As opfor I have noticed that every time you log on you have everything you loged off with EXCEPT you M9 stun mags. This is quite annoying because I hate having to buy new ones every time I log back on. I was wandering if this could be fixed or if it was a built in mechanic.

+1 I have not had much interaction with you but from your application and the feedback of others you seem like you would be good for staff.

+1 I think that PMC should not be allowed to be contracted to do illegal things. After all PMC stands for Private Military Company so basically they are a business that has armed guards for hire. If it is an actual company they could not break laws or risk being shut down by the government. for this reason PMC should not be allowed to break laws. However if the staff does decide they should be able to break laws just to make the server more fun then the PMC should be required to declare specifically what law they will be breaking at least 30 seconds before they break it before they break it (this is to prevent problems like what maverick said)

-1 I am giving this because I have seen you on the server and you can be pretty rude and you will get very salty when you die. A few days ago me and a few other Opfor had a run in with you where we killed you and you got mad and broke some server rules that led to you being blacklisted from Opfor. One more thing is that you lied on your application. your gamertracker @ https://www.gametracker.com/player/Nekomaid/play.tlx-gaming.com:2302/ says you have only played the server for one month when you stated you have played since last year. I double checked to see if the website just didnt start recording till fed 3rd and I know it did record past that because Kane's gamertracker goes farther back as shown here https://www.gametracker.com/player/Kane/play.tlx-gaming.com:2302/

This was just a small thing I noticed today but the south takistan bank does not sell bank insurance. I was wandering if you could have it sell insurance so Opfor does not need to drive all the way back to their base just to buy insurance.
