On the topic of PMCs just doing what they want. There's a reason I made ION to try get PMCs to listen to rules and have a consistent contract pricelist like on JG. I was wondering whether maybe we have like a Ion PMC company that is run by someone. So you can join that and we have set prices and a calculator for contracts etc etc (Like on JG) Or you can play as an Independant PMC who just sets his own prices and does what he wants. I doubt this makes any sense buttttttttt

This is going to be quite a controversial topic and I fully expect that. Feel free to leave opinions,I'd love to hear them. If this server really wants to be an RP one,which I'm assuming it wants to be,Indeps KOSing everyone needs to change. Blufor I can understand as they are a controlling (facist) force but Opfor/PMC shouldn't be KOS since PMC can work with Indeps and most PMCs usually do not KOS Indeps. Opfor obviously are corrupt and I've seen it multiple times where they work with/strike deals with Indeps. Kosing everybody is a pretty RP breaking rule and it personally annoys me when I'm trying to play as a PMC and indeps are just constantly camping in Rasman and killing every single PMC that goes past just trying to do a job to get money. Even if it's just that they tax PMCs instead of KOSing. Thanks for bothering to read this and putting up with my incessant whining. -Corbyn

That's what I'm getting at. I don't and a lot of other PMCs don't KOS Indeps and we try to be friendly to them but we get fucked by you guys. And Opfor do need to stop KOSing Indeps but I often make deals with the Indeps as Opfor. So. Yes. PMC and Opfor do need to not KOS indeps but it needs to be the same against PMCs (and to some extent Opfor)

As much as I agree with the fact it's wrong to camp. I don't really see why Indeps are complaining. You guys are complaining about how it ruins RP and ruins fun. But it ruins fun when you KOS everyone. But you don't seem to care then. But when it's you guys it's not allowed? Double standards much

Not neccessarily give it a slot like PMC,but make it something more than just a thing for bored civs. Give a motivation behind it (extra paychecks,a way to gain money for posting news reports,something like) News Reporters can be genuinely funny and are some of the best RPers if they do it right. If we want to make this a "faction" I volunteer to be a leader or something like that. Some opinions would be nice.

Isn't that the whole point of RP though? Using your imagination? We have skins and skinned vehicles. That's more than enough.

That's because the server doesn't save skins. So when you join the server,it takes the slots skin not the skin you logged with. I'm not sure it's possible to save skins over relogs on stats in Arma 2. Never found another server that could do it on A2 soooo

I'm seeing a lot more of Blufor breaking rules than any other faction. There needs to be bigger deterrants for people,longer bans or something. Because right now,it seems most people could give two scheisses about getting banned.

Possibly add a Blufor/Opfor (Maybe Indep) Medic Skin/Slot that sacrifices half of the inventory and the ability to hold a Rocket Launcher for the ability to heal yourself and others without a medikit. Given as Blu and Op are Military Forces,I would assume they would have combat medics ready. Just a suggestion tho.

The Rules on the President are a little silly. The President should be allowed to carry weapons and commit crime. Corrupt Presidents exist,and so do revolutionary Presidents. An example would be revolutionary leader could become president,but would not be allowed to fight and would simply be arrested. That doesn't make sense RP wise.
