Let me clear things up, the patrol route is 1.4km away from indeps secondary circle, you have access to a ZU-23 truck, iglas, you can also have your supports buy equipment to shoot us down, not to mention items like BRDM-2, there also are no border wall, yet you choose to take the road that you know we patrol often, your job as indies is to get into firefights. We as opfor are a military force, as you are Kos to us, as soon as we have confirmation, we will kill you. To sum it up, quit your bitching, use your damn head and think outside the box, it’s actually miserable to see you indeps to complain so much about it, you have a means to deal with these situations yet all you do is complain.

When I do get frustrated I don't take it out on others I try to simply solve the current situation as fast and as smooth as possible. Why should you be a staff member? I believe I should be a staff member because I am a dedicated and hard-working individual. I feel I can manage situations involving conflict very well. If I oppose another player that I am sorting a "case" out with I will not take the other side, I will be the most unbias I can be. If I do make a mistake I will 100% take the blame for it. Though I have only been here for a week I feel my hard work and dedication and Great RP skills could help out the server. Also I spend somewhere from 6-10 hours a day on the server to show my dedication. What qualifications or experience do you have to offer? (if any) I dont have any on Arma but I have Administrated servers on Rust for about 1 year now. Also have been a TSH on RISE for about 2 months and able to speak with others well.

Adding a Mobile Phone/Tablet GUI - I feel it would benefit everyone as if it would make everything feel better also have a cleaner look. Maybe for Blufor/Opfor have "Apps"/Buttons on the phone be everything on the "~" menu, (e.x. Sat Cam, Prison/Wanted Menu, Side Markers, etc.). For indie's, Im not sure, maybe just general information that you get from the "1" menu. Anything you would like on a phone/tablet for each faction add in the comments.

Sheev Palpatine sits in his attack helicopter 7 days a week blowing up independent players in Kushab or lilavir. He camps the only roads out of independent spawn. He also does this before identifying anyone as a terrorist. For example you can be unarmed in a UAZ driving on the road like a normal person and still be blown to shit.

+1 The current 1 menu is pretty ugly and annoying to scroll through to check wanted list as Blufor/Opfor.

I've never had an issue with leaving safe-zone as indie when there's high amount of Opfor with vehicles etc. Yes, I am a supporter so I have access to things a bit cheaper, but most of the time I just avoid conflict completely with opfor by circling around completely. Yeah, it takes a bit longer to reach Rasman but it's defo worth it.

Hello there Dalton, and apologise for it taking this long. Due to other commitments, I have retired from staff since the time of your ban so the team have been working hard to review the case. However, I have been brought back for the sole reason of conducting this post! \o/ And well, since it's taken so long, I feel you deserve a good explanation, so here it goes! Following discussion with senior leadership, it has been decided that: You shall remain banned, indefinitely! This decision was not made lightly, however it's what is best for the server. There is a number of reasons that lead to this decision. In your time on TLX, you've done nothing but incite drama and cause trouble. You've been banned permanently about 8 times for multiple reasons such as but not limited too; Trolling; Staff Disrespect; Mass VDM, Manipulation and deceit of the rules; Harassment and Lying to Staff. Furthermore, on review of the last case, it's clear you missed some things out on your ban appeal. You were lying about your actions, and your video showed that. You had plenty of time to stop your vehicle, while you were actively driving up and down the road through Rasman constantly, just waiting for somebody to step out so you could VDM them.
