  I am a decently funny guy (I think), I think I have a good sense of humour but I can be serious when it's required/expected/better to be serious. In relation to the age requirement,I ask you to speak to Elijah about my maturity and he will tell the truth. On that topic,I consider myself an honest person and I am very active in trying to make this server better.
• Why should you be a staff member?
  I want to be a staff member because I wish to see this community grow and become better than it already is. I want to be active on Arma 2,especially when Arma 3 Life releases as I see a lot of staff spending time on that over this. I want to make sure everybody has a fun and enjoyable experience on TLX whilst rules are being enforced.
• What qualifications or experience do you have to offer? (if any)
  None except a few weeks of Trial Staff on a server that is no longer around

I'm not going to pass judgement as of yet, but I will say that the fact you do not meet minimum reqs. goes to show that you will not become staff, so I'm not sure this even matters. But I do not see you on at all. Show up some, play with the people and I'll think about giving you a recommendation, or lack thereof.

-1 You have way too little hours to be staff and I have never heard or seen you in game before. I recommend getting at least +50 hours before applying and get a bit more active in game. I have over +100 hours and I still don't think I'm anywhere near ready to be staff. Get to know the players a bit better too. Hope to see you in-game!

He has over 63 hours but gametracker does not check via GUID it only uses his username. BattleMetrics shows that he has plays for over 63 hours and that is a LOT more accurate.

The only requirement that he does not meet is the age requirement but I have had a lot of interactions with him the last few days and he acts and sounds just as mature as a 17 year old. If he wanted to lie and say he was older I think he could have easily gotten away with it but the fact that he told the truth should reflect positively on his maturity. From what I have seen is that he follows the rules as best he can. However I would like to see a bit more effort put into the application as it seems pretty short and does not have a whole lot of detail. If you add more detail I would be willing to give your application a +1 but untill then i will be giving your application a -1.

P.S your date of birth is wrong, you need to change it manually because it always messes up

I totally take that as valid critique.

However I play almost every day and my name in game is Thicc T-34 as I said. I spend at least 3 hours a day on this server during school holidays and a good 1.5 hours a day during school time.

However,if you feel like I do not play enough,I totally understand and accept your point. Thank you for the criticism

With the detail things,I never know what to put because I feel that people should know me from how I interact not what I say about myself.

I'd like to mention that the strike is for a rule that is never mentioned in the official rules on Arma 2.

That being that when a PMCs contractor dies, the PMC cannot complete the contract whether he was paid beforehand or not.
