[Issue] : 

Cops arrest a Gang Member for Gang activity, Opfor Silkofoxx releases him without our consent right away.

 

Prior to the start of the video evidence, We had raided the Gang area 1 and arrested another civ leaving his vehicle there, Fakie was sent back by me to impound in and remove it from the radar when another car on radar was starting to make its way to Gang 1, the video starts after we have arrived and Fakie still in gang 1 takes a hidden position. (Due to Fakie being in Gang 1 When Rick Sanchez was approaching with speed 5 and nitro it was decided the safest thing for Fakie to do was to hide)

 

A red off road scouts around gang 1 but doesn't find any danger and enters gang 1, players name is Rick Sanchez. he is swiftly restrained and while discussing sending him to jail he tries to bribe us, we follow along (who wouldn't for 33 million) but are told from our fellow cop its not allowed by the rules to roleplay as corrupt cops ( Section 3 Rule 12 dang) so we arrest him. Right away without consulting Bluefore, Opfor Silkofoxx releases our prisoner Rick Sanchez.

 

[Evidence] : The evidence included is a link to a video from Tristan's Aus's POV, it shows we arrest Rick Sanchez and Opfor Silkofoxx releases him without consulting us.

At 1:30 seconds the video switchs to us following Rick as we make our way to a ATM for him to pay us our bribe when we discover we are not allowed to take bribes by the rules. (not corrupt cop role play :C)

 

Attached is the high quality screenshot of Silkofoxx releasing Rick. The time from arrest of Rick to Opfor releasing him is just 12 seconds.

I apologized straight away on my behalf of this mistake , im still new to this server and been on for 2 weeks now.during this time I was in South takistan doing my patrol route in a shilka then was informed that he was being arrested for no reason and seeing on global that he was restrained and then unrestrained almost instantly then seeing him arrested 2 minutes after made me very confused about bluefor due to previous experiences in the past with them, and Rick Sanchez has video evidence to support this.

Reading the rules too is that it also dousn't say I have to confirm with bluefor to set someone free, maybe when rules get more clarified and I start understanding them more I will get better. 

And also you don't need to come to the teamspeak channel to abuse the shit out of me for a simple mistake , it's a game dude chill I don't need to hear a swear word after every two words.
