I was wondering whether maybe we have like a Ion PMC company that is run by someone.

So you can join that and we have set prices and a calculator for contracts etc etc (Like on JG)

Or you can play as an Independant PMC who just sets his own prices and does what he wants.

I doubt this makes any sense buttttttttt

You can already do this, as long as the minimum price for a contract is 50k. You could probably even set up your own Company within PMC it's been done before and there are no rules against it (just don't give gear/vehicles away).
