Nope. FPS Killer and it sucked. It may look nice but it was horrible for view distance.

Just need to change that to true, then you can choose to turn on snow in game (by scrolling), or ignore it. easypeazy

Firstly, the biggest desert in the world has quite a large amount of snow and Ice. It's called Antarctica.
Also a lot of actual deserts get snow. In fact they get a lot more snow than rain.

Also, you are aware half the world is now approaching winter correct?

I think it would make people engage close quarters instead of sitting up in the mountains and sniping people.

CQC is already happening, Blufor/opfor can't handle it... Opfor just nukes places with hinds, blufor, just run around like chickens.
