UN Suggestions

Before I start, i'll address the meme i'm expecting to see of "I've got a suggestion, remove UN". Yes, you are very funny. Now

UN can server a very useful purpose if, 1: We start doing our jobs properly (I am guilty of this, I'm sorry), but also, 2: If players start to roleplay a little more. More hostage situations where UN can be intermediary etc etc

Now. Actual suggestions.

1: A UN C130/The ability to purchase the C130 Civ. The UN do humanitarian AIDs missions in C130Js, so it makes sense from a roleplay perspective for us to have them.

2: Allow us to buy Repair Kits, Refuel Cans,Medikits etc much cheaper than Blufor so we can more easily do the whole, helping and protecting civilians. I think i've had about 4 civilians i've saved from Blufor and Opfor abuse and Repairs,Refuels and Medkits are vital for that.

3: Make the UN rules more clear (*COUGH* What counts as valid rp reaqson *COUGH*)
