Remember we are all here volunteering our personal time to help the community and sometimes we may not be Ingame, TS, Discord, and here on the website. But we try our best to address what we can. "It takes two to tango"; to do so WE need YOU to work with us if we are to work with you. Where can support be found? TS, Waiting for Help Channel (Poke your nearest Mod or Admin) Discord, Support Channel (@Staff to ping us) Forums, Player Reports & Comp Requests How do I help? Be clear and detailed when explaining your issue and provide as much proof/evidence as you can (Word of mouth/he said she said limits how we can address the situation.) When other parties are speaking allow them to finish their side even if you disagree ,they lie, or direct any negative talk your way. (Failure on either party will result in a revoking of speaking powers.) If you disagree with a staffs judgement please take it straight to staff complaints and address it maturely and as detailed as possible. (Shit talking or aggressive tone will not aid your case.)
