Reserved for VIP's so not really a chance for it to be added. And if it does get added it's the most OP launcher with the best thermals, instant lock on and best missiles. RP wise it makes sense to have it but for balancing a Javelin should work.

Only guided one is the Dragon and it doesn't destroy any armor immediately and it has a short range. Non guided launchers are far better than the M47. If you're talking about MANPADs it's impossible for anyone without supporter to get them.
