Random Jail for Supporter Weapons

I myself play Opfor alot.

My loadout every time is, 

  • m24 sniper rifle with 8 mags
  • m9 - with 8 mags
  • laserdesg/nv goggles
  • ghille suit

On some occasions when I die, and the minute I respawn I am jailed for using supporter items. 

This happened to me over 7 times and I am wondering if this ever happened to anyone else.

Were you jailed for using supporter weapons when you never picked one up/bought/or used one?
