[Ban information] : <03:22:57> You were banned permanently from the server by "Giovanni" (Trolling, Toxicity, Death Threats, Inappropriate Content, Multiple Warns)

[Ban Justification] : Nope. Death threat i'll admit to because it was against someone who said the Republic of Ireland was British but then again, if I said Scotland / Wales should be independent, British people would threaten me. I never had inappropriate content and I believe this points to the Hammer and Sickle I always had as my Avatar on teamspeak. I was a staff member who upheld all the rules and I wanted to have a little fun but it wasn't allowed. The trolling wasn't a serious case, A little bit of "messing" between me and some players.

[Reason for appeal] : I don't have a good reason as to why I should be unbanned, Because that ban message alone will just turn most people away and make them think i'm a toxic asshole. Ultimately it's up to you, I'm willing to talk on teamspeak about all the situations that unfolded.

[Improvement] :  First off, I'm more behaved, I'm more mannered and show discipline. I am currently training to be a Navy Seaman. ( Go on, make jokes. lmao ) and I believe i'm not the toxic asshole most ex-staff members / players know. I've improved with behaviour and toxicity and as I said, I believe i'm not the toxic person that was a cancer on this server. Ultimately it's your decision to unban me or not, but I believe that I can bring more roleplay to the server and I believe that I can also bring some sorts of other fun.

You've been banned 3 times in the past (under the ownership of Unknown and Lex, not just me), and every time you appealed your ban you preached about how you were a changed person, it would not happen again, etc.

You were given a chance on staff last year because you were helping out with the server, but internal conflict led us to ask you to step down.

From my recollection, your reaction to this was to spam Discord and Teamspeak with inappropriate content, leading to you getting permanently banned, and you then called me a "salty nig".

You've had plenty of chances, in my opinion you should remain banned. You've proven time and time again that you can't handle situations in a civil manner.

Never spammed discord / teamspeak. I got banned from the discord because of something with a different staff member. Not you. I never spammed anything on teamspeak, I kept putting my hammer and sickle avatar back. In what case is that spamming?
