[Date issue occured] : 17/06/2018 around 12 O'Clock GMT
 
[Issue] : Me and Tom had already been in a support case with Domocop for attempted rdm,vdm and trolling. Tom was warned if he continued, he would receive punishment. Due to Domos constant timing out, I decided it would be better to put this in. Tom Smith came up to me at the Weapon Shop and repeatedly asked me if I required protection, having had previous run ins with him going...sour... I ignored him and kept driving. As shown in the video, he attempted to ram me twice and fired at me without initiation or reason.
