I have never seen this and i have been in a couple of  support cases  and the staff don't seem to show bias its  just staff know the rules better than most and when they go to report staff they are uninformed and it seems like bias but its just people interpreting the rules different and when the admin tells them how it is they assume bias.

I dont play civ very often do to the fact that cops like to kos even when your unarmed. This needs to be handled either training for new cops or more punishments.

The reason Rise is gone isnt because it was a RP server theres other reasons and i think we can only tell how people will react once its in place and ive spoke to people on blufor and there all for it.

cause i sure see a lot of unarmed civ kills from blufor and when i play blu i arrest as many as possible and pretty much ignore or help unwanted civs.

That’s the point of adding ranks to help add variety to the server and i see what your saying and if it does fail then we can always change back but if wouldn’t hurt to try it out and see what people think.

Theres a lot more to the sever than blufor and if it kills the server that much then it could be changed back but i don't see where it  will kill the server, rise had it and the server was the most popular its downfall was for other reasons not blufor ranking.

And most of the time the majority are on civ I don’t feel we will lose that many people.

More role play and more options when the server is dead you can grind levels. And if a squeaker is telling you what to do that’s your falt for letting a kid out grind you. But that’s my opinion.

I would also like to know how likely this is to happen if it has enough support.

I feel that we should add rankings to blufor  it would give blufor a purpose to man checkpoints and do patrol missions. It would increase role play  and activity on the sever because people would be on ranking up instead of just sitting in a stryker and blowing up indeps all day. Its been in other severs and i think it would benefit the sever as whole. Im open to all suggestions.

I like this whole idea a lot, although I think it would be a lot more effective if we emphasize the importance of forums for server events and Tips/Guides. For example when we get a  new member in the teamspeak refer them to the forums.

If we did this i feel that people would also get more involved in the server.

Maybe we could have more server events to keep people playing.

  I am a outgoing and love to play Arma with my friend's. I work at Taco Bell and i'm in the process of becoming a shift manager. In my spare I play Paintball, Basketball, and Tennis. I spend most of my time playing Arma and working i have played on TLX on and off but have been on for about a month now. I used to play on the rise server which is what got me hooked on Arma.
• Why should you be a staff member?
  I should be a staff member for many reasons. First, I was a Teamspeak Helper on Rise and I understand the basic you role you need to play as a staff and how to construct yourself in a orderly manner. Second like I previously stated I am in the process of becoming a shift manager at Taco Bell which has helped me learn how to take authority in situations and show my leadership skills to my peers and my superiors. Last, I have gained a lot of experience in by watching how other staff act and how they handle situations and I feel that I can manage myself just as they do. I know I can handle my self in stressful situations because that's what you have to do in the work force as well as in sports. I will put everything i have into becoming a great staff member and showing that i am worthy of my position and help keep TLX the great server it is and has been. I feel that I will make a great addition and hope i can become a reliable staff member. Thank You for your time I hope you can see what i offer to the sever and how i can be a great addition as well.

  Qualifications I have are I was a Teamspeak Helper on Rise and gained a lot of experience from that on how to represent your server and make sure people are enjoying the server and that the rules are being followed. Next My role at my Job has helped a lot with leadership and my communication skills with other people to make sure they have clear direction and understand what to do and how to follow the chain of command and take criticism from my peers as well as other people.
