not a lot people want to take the time to down load the mods with the arma 2 server not needing mods I don't think that will happen 

from what iv heard it may be something like the arma 3 server with a chain of command were most will start at the bottom and they will have to climb the ranks some will be command rank when the whitelist goes live

playing bluefor/opfor with a faction made to kill you (indep) gets a annoying to patrol then die over and over after they are killed 10min later they are back its just makes the rp in to a deathmatch were ever you go
