Why we gotta leave out indies and civs? Aint always about blufor vs opfor.

Let me start by saying this may be the wrong place for this but in my current state of confusing its going in here cause I need the communities feed back. Second I'm not gonna name off those involved just the situation and my question to you all. If those involved wish to make a statement fine but let it be known this is in no way to bash or slander anyone. Just left with questions...

Situation:

Organizing a small small cell of terrorists to further Shariah influence and regain our land from the foreign occupation and have taken a lot of ground. Member from the team's com's get scrambled (Gets moved to different TS channel by 'Unit Retracted'). After regaining comms with member and an cyber strike team was sent to find out where the leak in the comms came from and find it to be a former member of the upper echelons (RETIRED STAFF!). Hack into the satcomms network of said sociaty (Allah Helproom Jihad!). Perpetrator is brought from shadows and confuses doing it as the western infidels call "The Lulz" after making some very unclassy even by terrorist standards joke about what is known to those in the US as "Pledging the 5th" some right about not having to speak up for childish behavior and members of said society laughed. As a holy Extremist and Coordinator of the current operation who hacked the Satcomms (Waited in the help hotline for a hot minute) this already felt fisher then the Salmon I fish for in Alaska (True talk) and to hear the laughter lite a fire in my soul bringing back the seriousness and severity of the situation at hand. Suspect was stripped of their title within the sociaty (Had their retired staff title pulled and got a strike) and the situation was resolved*.

Someone of the retired staff moved a player in my operation to a different channel twice. Went into a help room which populated very quick. Said retired staff was questioned and they joked about not having to explain the case which was met with some laugh. Being that this I would assume by anyones sense or reasoning would be a very serious situation a laugh would be insulting to say the least if it were a standard player. But for a retired staff and current staff to exhibit this behavior to such a situation? -Confusion levels maxed, Please input reasoning- 

The ending result was the retried staff got a strike and had his title as retired staff removed.

Questions left hanging:

Why the hell does a retired staff still have permissions to move another player?

Why would a retired staff troll a player by moving them channels (Twice)?

Why would the staff exhibit such behavior to a matter which had to be brought to a support room?

Was this a too soft a punishment?

Whats everyones take on the situation?

PS I went all story mode cause for me that is how my brain could process this madness.

It was a great though ramshackle in the hosting department expwrience and was enjoyed to see the rush of support from other factions. Id like to personally thank all the staff involved making the event rule friendly and for taking the time to join us. And to blufor for providing a stellar FOB along with security. And to most of all the players who joined in for the shenanigans!

Taki paint ball (stun weapon) battle. Have the event hosted in one of the three territories (changing each time for different playing fields.).

I have not seen Bacon on once since his appointment. I can understand why a couple of others were really pissed off they lost the position to him.

@ANC Would be my first choice currently. Even if only temporary.

+1 ANC, approved by the IET. He has been a worthy adversary and can lead blufor in a good direction.

Not so much thermal i think maybe the flares. When it comes to lock on or guided maybe if the smoke is detected ingame as a solid like hardcover. I think you can lock on still through softcover if you get a good spot. The other thing is the tear gas rounds for area denial and flares which effect nightvision.

The degree of coverage a mortor round of smoke than that of its grenade counterpart. Furthermore it can negate nightvision in that area. Give me a chance and ill find more uses.

Oh yes all too aware. Maybe the most used line by opfor. And I'm not mad if I was i wouldnt run to the south to pee on stuff.

Sorry yes you're correct they are martial law vics. None the less they are still less likely to use air assests compaired to Opfor whos got a whole group made for refining opfors airforce.

Turning that big stick they've been swinging into more of an axe. They still leave a mess behind (An almost completely leveled south).

+1 I agree. So long as HE shells arent used Id like to see the many tactical uses. Like for limited use on capture points or on any of the KOS zones.

Maybe have it when you have a good size little team you can for the game session get admins permission if you can explain how you intend to use it. That way they can watch for foul use. 

I can see using this in a few ways of my own. Like flares as a fireworks display!

Tdh though not often are venoms used unless theres a war. More likely to see a blackhawk. Mostly opfor runs air units. Blufor more likely to whip out a stryker or an avenger.

As for myself I've been spending more time south. Plenty of stuff to pee on. Unless theres not alot of opfor on thats when I move North. I try to share my love as equal as I can.

Far as I recall the venom is just a huey with better payloads. And must Russian vics in arma have two sheet thick toilet paper for armor. And for bikes I thought they didn't show up on radar which is why they are highly deployed. As for the ban yeah did you ever look at all the strikes he had on ts? Kid got himself a record.

I will agree with you though on frosty though I've only seen him play blufor or opfor. But was a worthy enemy when in battle. As is the same for alot of recent blufor players. You all have been worthy opposition!

P.S. with how often I piss I'll get every lemon tree and potato patch!

More importantly it will free up the few slots we do have as indies. There have been may times ive tried to get on and two maybe three arent on ts.

Im abit insulted youd give credit for indies to a player who was banned for metagaming and severe trolling. If thats being crafty then maybe someone else is the idiot. For the past week Ive played there has been much more teamwork on the indie side (last night being one of those noghts.).

Most those who buy bikes buy them for two reasons. Budget or stealth. I dont k ow about you all but a bomb rigged bike is easier to hide then a bomb rigged car or truck. As for the Fal ive heard stories of a single mag taking out a stryker or something. You put a CZ550 in ConReese's hands and he'll being down most helicopters. 

Everyone has a biase when it comes to the other factions one way or another. And I'll admit i was a salty rager at one point. But I adapted and learned to be patient but extra cheeki. 

Tl;dr Ill be in your back yard peeing on your flowers. With my Akm/IED combo.

Sorry to revive an old post but same can be said for opfor when dealing with indies in the south. Granted now a days rarely is the civs or pmcs down south it is still a go to tactic.

As for indies well thats a trademark. Btw primary indie player here.

My ending note for any and all explosives. Treat like alcohol and use responsibly.
