You nailed it on the head basically. TSF is implemented and has 20 Blufor slots while NATO has 15. As of right now, NATO is responsible for the Civilian "Rebels/Terrorists" along with manning the checkpoints throughout Takistan and TSF is...well simply put, the police force of Takistan.

I have always allowed VDM in self defense cases especially when I owned it. You can clearly distinguish the difference between the two. If someone is trying to kill you and you kill them with your vehicle, that’s self defense.

Hitting someone with a vehicle is okay if it’s in self defense. For example, if someone was shooting at you and you are traveling towards them, it would be considered self defense if you hit and killed them.

I don’t believe it has anything to do with the stat saves. It has to do with item arrays...not 100% sure tho.

I am the community manager and do try to set an example but after someone constantly disrespects the community, trolls everyone and constantly complains I’m not going to sit back and not defend the community. I did intend that message to be nasty and sarcastic because I’m tired of it. That’s the only explanation I have. Let’s get back on the original topic please.

The server administration isn’t biased as you say. We follow set guidelines that I implemented 2 weeks ago due to the constant differences in banning/warning/kicking people. Best Mike had previous strikes and warnings as I stated previously and was told to not do what he did. Although you SHOULD of been comped, our staff at that time did not have any protocol to follow and honestly, probably didn’t know what to do. When you get unbanned, contact me with more information regarding that. Both of you enjoy being restricted from posting until your ban is up. If you wish to appeal, message me your appeal following the correct template. Hordan, you are very close to being permanently banned.

You gave the comp in multiple payments to annoy the person who you had to comp. This is trolling behavior and ruins the experience for the other player. Slingshot has stated that you always do this when you compensate another player and have been warned about this before. Since you have received multiple strikes and warnings previously (even if they are for different reasons) your ban was justified. Explain to me why we should even consider lifting or lowering your ban.

This topic is being locked as well. The ban was justified as I believe my staff member when he said you came into the channel and told someone to kill themself. That will not be tolerated in TLX. You already had a strike for rule breaking, which this is your second offense. A second offense in most cases warrant a 2 day ban, which you received. Do NOT make any more topics regarding this topic other wise I will extend your ban. You have 1 day to go...if you feel a need too, feel free to report me to Giovanni for the decision.

Did you not read the forum description? It states “Do NOT comment on any ban appeal.” Your posting will be restricted for 3 days. This will be the final response from staff regarding your ban appeal. Your ban was justified and will not be lifted. Reasoning: I authorized the ban. It is your second offense for rule breaking, hence why a 2 day ban was issued. Telling someone to “kill yourself” isn’t tolerated in any way shape or form. Recommendation: In the future, don’t be disrespectful to other players and follow the rules as you stated you will do. You may not re-appeal. Your ban expires in one day. Topic will be locked to prevent further responses.
