I did suggest this at the start to only be banned from IN-GAME btw.
Teamspeak discussion and discord discussion is perfectly fine and should be left that way.
If you dont like the politics, don't look at it. We're all mature enough to respect opinions.

We have an off topic, therefore i shall continue talking politics there. And if we are talking about tshaffer ban. This is stupid. That ban was not over politics.
And idk if you noticed. But pasty has the fascist doctrine and i have the communist manifesto as the teamspeak desc for our channels. We are simply educating people. I have no problem with discussing other politics and i am open to all views. I have had numerous talks on politics with other players and they seemed to enjoy talking.

PMCs and Indeps have a KOS rule on each other, therefore, hiring PMC is essentially breaking rules.
Rules 1 of independents
1. As terrorists, Independents are permitted to kill BLUFOR, OPFOR and PMC on sight.
They should not hire the enemy. Also, if you were hired by an indep, doesn't stop other indeps shooting the PMC
And may I ask what they need a PMC for? to kill people, to protect them???? When independents have rights to shoot and kill all hostile threats. As an independent only player. I do not find the need for Indeps to hire PMCs necessary when we have a wide range of weaponry to protect, kill and enforce whatever we need to do. and if you're going to say "We can protect them while they are mining" Stop right there. Because I guarantee as soon as a player like RawnoSaur sees an indep, The indep is going to most likely die. Your contracts would last around 2-3 minutes. Which you could be doing something better in that time

I mean, blufor slots have 5-6 Special Forces slots? Right? So, essentially, we could make a TS rank and have those slots whitelisted.

Insurgents may attack civilians, true, but with some conditions, As an insurgent roleplaying for shariah law and for all muslims to be free, you think randomly shooting civs who might claim to be muslim is a good idea? Planned terror attacks would usually be mortars / suicide bombs / Sniper fire. I don't know what mod you were talking to. But a lot of things can count as a PTA. This PTA as I stated also comes and crosses with the RDM rule. I agree with some of what you're saying, I wouldn't mind if it ended with civies being caught in crossfires of mortars / sui vests / mistaken for NATO soldiers or Opfor. That's acceptable casualties. But if it's just Civs being killed, I can see issues.

As we all know, Mortars were recently added to "War Weapons" with added rules stating that we cannot attack certain areas e.g Rasman / Feruz Abad.
I'm against the mortar being added to "War Weapons" because it isn't effective unless it has a spotter. ( Quoted From Captain ( Moderator ) ). The Mortar isn't at all, an unfair weapon and it's really easy to find. I'd like to bring up the issue as well, Every time I used a mortar, Martial Law was never declared and people complained they couldn't find me, when in reality, they could've easily found me using HMMMV Crows or anything with thermals and drove around in deserts. Also, thinking like an insurgent would also help BLUFOR / Opfor a lot. I feel the mortar should be free to use whenever but with some restrictions.
1. Must have a team of 3. 1 gunner, 1 Spotter and 1 person to protect the mortar.
2. Must have an admin authorize the use of mortar, Reason for Mortar must be a valid reason.
3 Mortars have a 40s timer on each launch. A Global Message must be provided within 20-30 seconds of that to give innocent players a chance to escape or run for cover.
4. Only 1 Mortar Team should be out on the field. Each member of the mortar team must Identify themselves to a staff member.
5. 15 minutes for each mortar. After 15 minutes have gone, players must disassemble the mortar and destroy / place it in the middle of nowhere and forget about it.
6. Mortars shall only be used after 120 minutes of server uptime and must not occur within 2 hours after each attack. ( That make sense? Too tired.. )
7. Crossfire rules still apply, If you kill a cop and civies, civies get no comp. But if it's just civies, Comp should be given out to those civies with an additional 200k. Why? This will force the mortar team to effectively use their spotter and make sure they're hitting their targets.
8. Martial Law must be in immediate effect as soon as a mortar message or a mortar hits whenever. A team should be organised to find that mortar team and take them out.
There are many ways to fix this mortar situation, but yet it was still added to the war weapons or vehicles. This is also related to the L39 issue, I've given many fixes there for mortars to be freely used. If the L39s were reverted back from a war vehicle, why is the mortar still a war veh / wep? I find it unfair. No vote was given for the mortars, even though they're easier to find and take out than an L39 -.-

To be honest, this seems pretty cool, I will try implement it on My test server, Gives developers over here some time to focus on other things. If the coding works, i'll submit it to either here or github
Considering standard paycheck is 100k
Recruits: 100k
Privates: 125k
Corporals: 150k
Sergeants: 200k
Blufor / Opfor Commander: 250k.
Paychecks will be based upon the licenses system. Recruits will have no license which allows them the standard 100k. But each license gives more but previous licenses will be removed to stop too much income. So if you're promoted from private to corporal, you'd have your private license removed.
Promotions will be based on how well the player roleplays and does his/her job as a blufor "Soldier / Cop" or as an Opfor soldier.
You're probably wondering why a change in paychecks? Well, it will "Make" the player want to roleplay and if they continue the good roleplay, it will reward them
Although, you did say 3 factions. I don't see this working for independents as they can get 1mil easily from a kill spree But higher rank = better weapons? I guess?
